“I had ordered an arraignment for my Mother's birthday last week.
It had beautiful pinkish carnations, white & pink daisies, and a beautiful pink rose on top. She received it on her birthday. But by the next day or so she discovered it was losing water from the container. Thinking the container had a leak, she took the floral foam & arrangement out and put it in another container.
I messaged Royers and asked for a refund because her flowers were wilting already.
Then she got to looking at the original container & realized the plastic liner was bent over probably from when the florist put the floral foam inside, thus not retaining water for the flowers She told me about it. So I called Royers about what happened. And they apologized for the bent liner & flowers not lasting. They backed up their 8 Day Guarantee and sent a new arrangement to my Mother. Needless to say we are both very pleased with Royers customer service. Customers for life.”
