“I recently rented a car from Newtown, PA for a return to a Manhattan NYC branch - unfortunately, there were some issues with the car I picked up from Newtown (no fault of any Enterprise employee or company - the car’s gas cap wouldn’t open so we were unable to fill the gas tank). The employees at the Newtown branch, Megan Durkot and Grace Hardesty, both went above and beyond to help us with this issue, such as calling a Mercedes Benz dealership to help troubleshoot, and ultimately got us quickly on our way with a different car when the issue couldn’t be resolved so we could make it home in time. They were so courteous and had a smile on their faces the entire time they were helping us despite the stressful situation they were dealing with, especially with multiple customers in the branch office at the time. Thank you Megan and Grace!”

“I had a fantastic experience with New Hope! I had been shopping for a Lexus CT200h to serve as a daily driver for months when I spotted a 2014 F Sport online at their dealership. It had high miles but it's a Lexus, after all, so I wasn't intimidated by that.
Since it's a hybrid, I wanted it checked out by a shop capable of evaluating its hybrid battery life, and I asked New Hope if they could run it down to Thompson Toyota to have them complete a pre-purchase inspection.
They agreed, and it passed with flying colors. I found a company to ship the car up to me, as I live 3 hours away, and bought the car sight unseen. Every step of the purchase was straightforward and stress-free. Thank you so much, guys -- I am in love with my little car!”
