I do not like the computer check in at the pharmacy. I refuse to touch the dirty screen and to go through all of the prompts. I want to be able to speak to somebody when I pick up my prescriptions.

The worst customer service. The pharmacist is a very difficult person who berated me in front of customers. I was fresh out of surgery and my surgeon’s PA prescribed a painkiller. For whatever reason, she questioned the physician assistant’s authority who wrote the prescription and refused to provide the medication to me. At this point, I was only two hours out of surgery and was standing in the lobby with a newly operated upon broken wrist. A physician assistant is licensed to write prescriptions, but for some reason, she would not accept that unless she spoke directly with them. She had absolutely no sympathy whatsoever. And then started to yell at me and cry in front of customers because I questioned her and I told her that I needed them so I could go home and sleep. I have used CVS pharmacy in the Lehigh Valley and all other places. This one is the worst. Look at the customer service ratings.
Wow. They really don’t seem to care about their customers at all. Even when you’re in pain.

Refused to fill a prescription from an out of state doctor. Rude and arrogant.

Why does a pharmacy close for lunch? Really, lunch time can’t be staggered to serve people stopping in on their lunch break? And why isn’t the pharmacy open earlier than 9:00am so customers can stop by before work? No customer service whatsoever!

The New Hope CVS has a thief. Not sure who's in on it, but on more than one occasion, they have shorted prescribed meds by half and refused to admit the mistake. We have taken to counting the pills at the window. Then they make us feel like drug addicts because we need our meds. Never going there again.

This location doesn’t even deserve one star. Every time I come, there’s always an issue currently the gate is broken so you can’t even drive up and get your medication. When I arrived they were just returning back from lunch. My medication is on automatic refill and of course it wasn’t ready so I had to wait additional time for them to prepare it. I wasn’t the only one waiting and frustrated at this location, numerous people were waiting and express their frustration as well. I am a diabetic and I need my medication and this is the second and third time I’ve come and it’s not prepared. The staff is rude and unprofessional.

CVS is going Downhill Fast!!!. Don't trust them with your medical needs!!! I received extremely bad service from some of their pharmacy locations Especially the CVS in New Hope Pennsylvania. Pharmacist Christina Kim is very unprofessional as she refuses to fill my Adderall script even though I am a long time client of theirs. It's difficult for me to understand what her game is or what they think I'm trying to pull off. I normally pay out of pocket for this medication with a discount RX Card. My doctor and I tried to meet all the requirements "Manager" Pharmacist Christina Kim imposed. I agreed to a lesser dosage and to work on getting the pre-auth through. Ms Kim still refused even after my doctor spoke directly to her. Ms Kim probably insulted my Doctor and accused her of fraud or something as well !!! Her only excuse was "I don't feel comfortable filling the script" exercising her "right to refuse" to fill it. I trusted CVS to have consistent supply and quality of generic Adderall during the "sometimes" supply shortage but the outright lack of respect and consideration is criminal.. Once my script was sent and I called to see if they had enough supply to fill it and they told me it would be filled but when I arrived I was told my medication was sold to someone else. Don't trust them with your medical needs!!! CVS's generic meds are not better than anyone else's. Friends are getting MUCH MUCH BETTER DEALS, WAY CHEAPER AT ShopRite on a VARIETY of popular medications. The generic ED drug is $30 PER PILL at CVS and only $30 for 30 pills at ShopRite! There has been no lack of supply and much better service including the ability to have your calls answered at ShopRite pharmacy. I'm not at all suprised CVS is reporting 2 billion in loses and administering revenue cuts. I suppose they are cutting quality pharmacists and satisfactory customer service. I now use Giant pharmacy and have a pleasant experience with them.

Awful customer service at the front desk! They don’t know what they’re doing. Half of the time, I don’t even know if they understand me! No communication skills I tried to find a product and they couldn’t agree between the two representatives at the front desk whether they have it or not. I kept going back to the store and only wasted my time!
