The people at this bank are such a helpful group of peeps. I don’t have to interact with the bank often or with any one individual as the internet and atm services handle most of my needs but when I am in need I have always come across the nicest staff at the New Hope location.Kudos to you all,S

The staff at Penn Community Bank is very friendly and welcoming. Whenever I have something to address, either personal or business, they are quick to respond! As a small business owner their corporate office was extremely helpful as we navigated the PPP loan process. Will and Natalie from the branch checked in with me often during this year since we couldn’t have as much face to face visits due to the pandemic. I chose PCB and stay with them for exactly this - They truly care about their customers. I have waited at the branch as other customers are greeted and serviced in the same caring and respectful manner. Thank you for your service.

I decided to refinance my house because rates were so good. Penn community had the best rate for me so I decided to try them. Everything was great in the beginning and I paid my fees and paid for appraisal. Then after weeks of waiting I am informed that I don't qualify for a 15 yr mortgage. Annoying why didn't they tell me from the start. So we start over for a 30 yr which women said is easy for me to get. I'm going for a small mortgage compared to what my house is worth. After 4 months of them playing around I get turned down for my tiny mortgage and they won't call me back when I try to find out how this can be. Horrible bank and rude people that won't return your calls. Don't use them!!!

I'm very happy banking with the penn community, because the manager and tellers in the new Hope branch are very nice with me and they have best interest rate on CD or Money Market . I'm glad to banking with that branch of Penn Community bank
