Went to this location and was treated like a criminal just to cash a check in my daughter’s name. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. This branch should focus on real issues, not their own customers trying to use their services. Would never go back to the new Hope location. The branch manager tried to call me to apologize. They should focus on treating their customers better and they wouldn’t have to apologize. Never been so disappointed in just trying to make a deposit. Will be using any branch but New Hope.

I made the unfortunate error of double paying my sizable mortgage payment on December 31st of 2016. On January 4th 2017 I went to the the bank and met with Oosman and Deb. They walked me through the process of getting one of the mortgage payments reversed. The form I completed listed that it could take as long as 60 days to be reversed. Oosman advised that it normally takes 3 - 10 days. Being on a limited budget, this was a hard pill to swallow. Oosman advised that he would do all he could to expedite the process. To my delight, on January 5th 2017 I checked my account and the reversal had been applied. Thanks to the team at the New Hope, PA bank for saving the day!!

My experience here has always been a good one. Not sure if writing a review about a bank branch is going to sway someone to or from visiting it... I like PNC as a whole. The branch I visit for deposits/withdrawals is irrelevant, I think. Haven't had any experience with loans or anything non-standard with this particular branch.
