My general experience with Walgreens is that the staff at this location is very courteous and helpful nearly 100% of the time. I don't know why Google wants me to rate FedEx shipping because I've never used that service at Walgreens.

5 stars for the service! Thank you, Melissa!! So this is a place where you can drop off your package but they cannot generate a shipping label. The place is inside Walgreens. Melissa noted down the tracking no for me and gave me the slip. Quick, simple and efficient.

Very good service here at Walgreens. They are not a full service FEDX store and cannot be expected to print labels or package your device. They do a good at what they are supposed to do. That is: bring your product already packaged, have a printed label that can be read without a computer, and they will ship it.

Pick up and drop off capabilities are convenient. However would be nice if walgreens could generate a fedex label.

Called in about FEDEX Shipments (GOOGLE SAYS THIS A (SHIP & PRINT) meaning if you have FedEx label on your phone they can SCAN & PRINT (1st lady told me they didn't offer this service so I asked to speak with manager "Chuck" said they didn't offer that service then said the ship and print system is down, I asked when it would be back up, he said its been down for a week) Called and reported this to FEDEX HR. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
