This branch has A LOT of foot traffic and I think the staff here handles it flawlessly. The new Branch Manager is the perfect addition to the team and seems to be very knowledgeable. He has given me a private banking experience even though I am not necessarily an “accredited investor”. The rest of the employees are always smiling, friendly, and very helpful. I was proud to refer some friends and family to this Branch.

This branch should be shut down. All they do is create stress and headaches. They are EXTREMELY slow and couldn't care less about the unsatisfactory level of customer service they provide. The only positive thing I can say about them is that they are consistent. Unfortunately, they are consistently awful to deal with, to the point where I am changing banks because of my multiple horrible experiences here.

I've been banking with FNB for 29 yrs. When the Lower Burrell branch closed, I was forced to use the Tarentum Bridge Rd location. Always too busy, never enough tellers, drive thru is EXTREMELY slow, the parking lot is very small, and the ATM only gives out $20 bills. I had to explain to a teller through the drive thru what my transaction was because she couldn't figure it out. She actually argued with me!! I've been making this same transaction for months and no one else had an issue. The cars were around the building for the drive thru and there was ONE car in the parking lot. I would use the other New Kensington location, but again no parking. The entire building is on lockdown every day (rather scary) and the ATM was not functional. Staff told me to report it to corporate because there was talk of not replacing it. I'm thinking it's time to move my money elsewhere.

They should remove this drive thru all together.I waited for over 30 minutes to just make a deposit ...REALLY.. and there was only 1 car ahead of me.. it was not this slow 30 yrs ago when everything was done manually..or maybe there is something else wrong with this branch..if they want to keep customers, management should look into it...I WON'T BE BACK..

Place is a complete joke. They lost a CASH deposit and told me to make an appointment when I was standing on the branch. Manager never came out to help me. I will never used this branch again. Very unprofessional

Slower than molasses and they cycle through employees like dirty socks. This branch is horrible.

The worst of the worst. Completely horrible. Still sitting 15 minutes at drive up! This branch and it workers should be ashamed of themselves!
