Easy to schedule an appointment online. Our cats spay was super quick. Dropped her off in the morning, my toddler was very upset to leave her so when I got the call to come pick her up just a couple hours later I was surprised and relieved. The front desk lady seemed very empathetic to my son's being sad about his kitty. Affordable and the outside of the one building with the cats painted out front is wonderful to see.

Everyone is so friendly and they take the time to answer your questions. They genuinely care about your pets and do their best to make sure everyone can get low cost spay and neutering.

Frankies Friends are a true blue blessing for feral cats. No appointment!!! Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9:30 drop off for their TNR program. I believe $65 for males and $75 for females. That includes free rabies and ear clipping is optional and nail trim. They accept in trap! Couldn’t find this service like this no where else! They are a blessing!!!

I called here to make sure they took care credit, told me the fee was $20 up front and I could put the rest on my card. I get there to pick up my cat and the lady at the front desk took my card and tried it a few times and says, “I don’t know why this isn’t working..let me go get some help.”She comes back and says, “So it’s not working because we don’t take care credit.” I tried to tell her that someone from her staff told me it WAS an acceptable form of payment, because I wouldn’t have made the appointment to begin with if they didn’t take it. She then tells me that everyone that works there knows better than to say that…well if you knew better then why did you take my card after I said it was care credit and try to run it multiple times? Obviously you don’t.She goes back somewhere and I can hear her through the wall bitching about me to someone. Then she came out to act like I didn’t just hear everything she said, and I explained again. I wouldn’t have made the appointment if i wasn’t given the wrong information. She muttered something and raised her hand up at me as if she just did NOT have the time and went back to hide.If it wasn’t for another lady there for her own cats fronting the money, I’d imagine my cat would have been kept so they could run up charges for having to “house” her.Don’t come here expecting good customer service. I also witnessed a lady there that very morning almost in tears asking to see her cat after an accident and she was refused because they hadn’t “sorted out how much they were gonna charge her”. Disgusting. Don’t come here expecting good customer service. Time will only tell if they even took proper care of my animal.Edit to respond:Thank you for your lengthy reply, a simple apology would have sufficed. You explained to me what happened to the cat but took no responsibility for the fact that yes she did ask to see her animal, and she was informed that figuring out her payment was more important. As for not knowing my card was care credit, I have a hard time believing that, as the card has a very large symbol on it saying care credit; and she was informed by me what it was as I was handing it over. I will be taking my future business elsewhere, thank you.All the best

I have a lot of respect for this place as they provide care for a large number of cats. It was busy when we dropped our kitty off and also picked him up. We were pleased with the care and cost.

Took my cat here to be spayed. Super quick (which can either be a good or bad thing however you take it. Nothing bad happened to her, and she was back to her normal sassy self after only 2 days.)Staff were nice, except for one who didn't really want to talk. Which is fair.If you go to them for their low-cost spay/neuter, get there early in the morning. Even if you fill out everything online, you're still going to have to fill out the same info on paper when you get there, so be prepared for that.

I haven’t ever been here but I just watched Phoenix’s story on tiktok and I can’t stop crying. You people were sent from the gods above to save that poor kitty and that’s just what you did! People!! If you see something, say something. Much love from Kansas ❤️❤️❤️

I looked and called ao many places, amd Frankie’s Friends was the only affordable place i could find. Other than the humane society (but their wait was longer)and my family donates to the humane society. I researched Frankie’s Friends and they seemed like very good, dedicated, caring, professional people. I was lucky to be able to reschedule after i had to cancel last minute to my first appointment scheduled, because my daughter kept me up all night, and it was going to be dangerous to drive there, and we lived about an hour away. Frankie’s friends were understanding and helping in rescheduling me, and very helpful and informative of after care for my little kitty. I didn’t think i would be so nervous for her, but ahe couldnt have ben in better hands! If i ever have any procedures in the future that need done, they will be my go-to! Thank you, its been about two-three months and my kitty is doing great!

Awesome people and place. Great affordable work that they do. People on fixed incomes can afford to have their animals taken care of at an expense that they can afford. I find that I can even help others and be responsible getting their animals fixed as well
