Very disappointing.. It's pretty bad when they wanted to charge $546.00 which was higher then my actual return. Then when I declined to get it done the woman working there got an attitude and wanted to charge a $50 sit down fee for " her time". Meanwhile no other professional tax service charges a sit down fee and the fee was never brought up until I refused to pay the ridiculous amount of $546 to get my taxes done and I wanted to go somewhere else. Very Unprofessional!

The woman who prepared my taxes was well informed and helped in so many ways. She explained the process and did everything to get me the best results in preparing the taxes. I would go to her anytime.

Way overpriced. I will never be going back. I feel like they robbed me. $345 for 45 minutes. Don't go to Jackson Hewitt.

Well after being turned away as a walk in while their tax preparer had no customer said he couldn't do mine and I called in and then was told to go back in and someone would do mine then I took a picture of the preparer to show corporate that he had no customer but yet denied me then he threatened me to go outside and just the best was my taxes took 20 minutes and whole time he never got a customer just pathetic and I want to push it to point for my rights
