My internet went out because if the towers. And T mobile never notified me. And they knew that services were no longer available in my area and still said nothing. Still charging me for internet. If I would of never called they would of continue charging me. How said it was our for month Shame on T Mobile

They never answer the phones! There’s always a “Back in 15 minutes” Sign on the door and no sign of an employee. If this location is the only convenient location for people who live in this area, everyone is doomed. I have visited this location three times to start new service, and each time, there was that sign on the door. After waiting longer than the 15 minutes, I still wouldn’t see anyone! They operate when they want to operate and that’s a big problem!

It was a good experience having to cancel an old phone plan and start a new one with this service provider. It's local and convenient for me if I have to go there for any phone issues or problems.

Although the phone I have was purchased at a WV store, I had an issue with autopay. Maverick, the sales clerk, was quick and friendly to resolve the issue with T-Mobile.
