Came in for some routine bloodwork on a Friday morning. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Quick, fast and efficient.

The New Kensington office is amazing. Debbie who trains people was amazing and so nice and cordial and happy to work there.
Well I wont encourage anyone to to visit the Allegheny township office near Leechburg PA.
The one woman is extremely rude the last time I visited telling everyone that if they didnt have appointments that they better leave and get one that she didnt even know if she could fit the 3 of us in that day. Then came back and repeated herself later with more conviction and even pointing her finger at us seeing that we never left. One stayed and two of us left. You could tell she was going to make sure we sat there for hours.

Usually difficult to locate veins-but the last 4 times each phlebotomist did without pain. Very friendly. I always make appointment and have no wait time.

Both ladies that assisted my 18 month old Lucy were amazing. Tears were shed.. it's hard watching your baby go through this but they both were very professional and did their best to keep myself and Lucy as calm as they could. Thank you both!

I was seeing right away even though I was a walk-in. I've never had to wait very long anytime I've gone there. The staff are very very nice.

Everything from check-in to drawing blood and interaction with employees was very efficient.

It was great. Just one thing. I am diabetic I was fasting. Felt sugar low.
I had no candy in case of sugar drop. They gave me a mint. Which helped.

It was my son Xavier's first blood draw. Trish and the rest of the staff took their time to make my son comfortable and to make it as pain free as possible. I was truly impressed with their courtesy considering how busy they were.
