Hello, how are you? I own two businesses and one nonprofit in the area and I love coming to my local stores because I am in a small area Kensington and it is a low income area that doesn’t have much mostly everything closed down so when I go into my local Staples and try to Bring your business, I expect to be treated properly. However, this particular time I’m very upset with not only did not once Staples member know any information on the business advantage program, and how to use your business advantage account which I have, but all of them kind of turned their heads up to me like is, if I was asking questions that they shouldn’t have to answer. And then I asked for certain items in the store, and they told me that these items were not available in their store, and instead of walking around with me, or helping me, they led me to walk around the store, myself, and find the items That they told me they did not have and of course when I went back up to the front and said oh, I thought you didn’t have these items now I am in the wrong for pointing it out. I will not let anyone make me feel like that because they are not doing their job and do not know what their store holds. I also pulled the Manager with an accent to the side and said to the manager can you please help me with something I am trying to use my business advantage account and of course the manager had no idea what I was talking about, so not only do I feel like the head of your store is not properly trained, but I also feel like they don’t even know what they’re carrying in the store, and could have definitely lost business from me because of their answer in the laziness to not help me find something and then the attitude when I let them know that I did find something that they told me wasn’t. There is unacceptable. So yes, I have been trying to keep the local store float and support but from this point on I will be taking my business which is very good to a different place. I will not be treated like that and then when I go to look for something I’m told it is not available and it is , thank you and have a good day

I’m so happy that Staples is now accepting Amazon returns! Not just when they are in packages. Also it’s good for them because I usually end up buying something from the store.

Well if you want to deal with this racist Staples and deal with someone racist go ahead in and ask for Trenton. You can't ask questions about anything you just have to buy it. They don't know any of the pass codes to the computers they claim you just have to pick them up and buy them and you can't ask any questions. Even got loud with me and he went back to the other skinny guy who claimed he was a manager and they all started laughing.

Staff are very knowledgeable and very kind. I purchased a monitor and some other accessories on 3/29, and I missed the opportunity to take a survey on time, so I'd like to give a big shoutout to Chris and David for helping me getting the best product with a great value. Thank you!

I needed to return something using UPS and per Amazon's COVID-19 guidelines for returns, I was told not to package my return and was not given any labels, I was given a QR scan code to give to the associate. The lady asked for QR code I handed it to her it came in my email all of sudden she looks at then the package and tells me she can't do my return I have to drive 40-60min to another UPS to have it done!!!! I don't understand that I asked aren't u a UPS store she said ya but we don't take returns, I wanted a manager and she refused to get a manager for me!!!! See if I go back to that store ever again
