We needed a climate control unit for our upcoming move. Mary was amazing. She listened to my needs and helped me pick just the right unit. She sent me a hand written thank you note! Who does that these days? What a wonderful gesture. I highly recommend their services!

CJ is absolutely a gem. I love seeing her in the office and talking with her when I call to pay my bill. I have stored here for 5 years now and my stuff has always been safe and secure.

Met our needs perfectly. A short-term rental for climate controlled space. Clean, easy to load/unload. Having access to a (free) truck while moving stuff in was an unexpected bonus! Nice staff always helps.

So this time was my 3rd time using StorExpress. I have never dealt with a business so easy to do business with. From walking in the front door, the front desk help is amazing. Everything is explained from start to finish. The temperature controlled units are super clean and super easy to get to. From carts waiting for you inside the buildings doors, secure gates, secure doors to the building, and free use of a moving truck, it does not get any better than this. You will not find a better place to take and store your things at! Definitely a five star business!

By far the the best storage unit I've ever used. Their customer service exceeds expectations. CJ and Mary the best and go out of their way to help. Give them a raise! Highly recommended across the board.

I have been a LOYAL customer for years spending over 3k a year with them. The lady's that run the place for mgmt are very supportive and fight for their customers! Mary is the best manager alive, and all the workers are extremely helpful and very nice. My issue is with ownership/management. They have draconian late fees and have increased rates arbitrarily. The late fees are almost 20% for me. I am looking now to change units, I would not recommend this space even though the employees are the best.. Your really paying for a fixed cost space.........

Had a great experience at this location. CJ, Mary, and all of the staff were so very helpful with any need I had. If your looking for storage space I highly recommend this location. It's the best facility I have ever used. They are such good, friendly people!!! Thanks for taking care of all my needs.

Staff is very friendly and helpful to the needs of the customer. Advised and assisted movement of storage resources to better fit our needs saving us money and freeing up resources to support customers with greater needs. Mary in particular was very helpful in billing solutions and a friend to the family.

We have always had a very nice experience dealing with the staff at STORE Express. It's close to where we live, and we have always been updated when service was going to occur to the automated units. The ladies are always nice and helpful, I would recommend using this storage unit facility. Plus you can purchase supplies to store items etc.

Mary is just wonderful when it comes tosomething that we need or a question we have.Love our unit in the temp controlled tall bldg too but Mary has made such effort to solve any issues that we had in the past and for that, we are VERY grateful! EXCELLENT Customer Service!!

Service was top notch. Thank you for everything. CJ was a true star last month. She worked with my time-frame and made sure everything was good to go on my move day. Security and cameras are up to date. Must use a code to enter in and out of facility. The free truck really is free.

I look at this storage place years back but ended up not needing it. However now that I do, this was the first and last place I viewed. The reason being they were professional and accommodating.Mary so wonderful and easy to deal with. She was very knowledgeable and my needs were filled. I would recommend this facility. 10 stars.

I store a vehicle here and have had no issues. I have been here about 4 months now. The ladies in the office are absolutely amazing and do everything they can to assist you.
