My wife and I have tried to have the multitude of issues of poor workmanship done to our bathroom resolved for over a year and all that we’ve been offered as a resolution was to have the same installer who won’t do it the right way the first or second time come back again to “fix” it. I recommend that you look elsewhere for your kitchen or bath needs.

This was the second kitchen place I tried. Both, they and the first did the same exact thing though. We went to the trouble of having a meeting with their kitchen designer. Went over exactly what we wanted and didn't want.The Style-Rite employee decided that he knew better than us, and didn't give us what we asked for. Then got furious that we went with someone else.

Ordered counter tops two of the three where damaged after months of back and forth and a ton of BS the MANAGER was to come to my home to see for his self since he heard from the guy who came to TOUCH-UP the counter tops that one countertop was not damaged, even though I have pictures. So here we are after waiting another 2 weeks the TEAM from STYLE-RITE put their lies together and decided to make me the bad guy. WOW

I highly recommend not going to this place. They do not respond in a timely manner and the customer service is poor. After dealing with a representative for quite sometime, they came to measure. After leaving my house they called me multiple times to go remeasure because they didn’t know if they wrote it down correctly. I finally was able to get a drawing up and was ready to order, after going over everything they proceeded to tell me the cabinets they are ordering me might fit but they can’t guarantee anything unless I have their installers. I asked for a new rep to come and measure so I can make sure I am getting the correct sizes and they told me the person who is dealing with me wouldn’t appreciate it. If Style Rite would have communicated and measured efficiently I would have had no problems ordering with them. After a lot of hassle and weeks of trying to communicate and wrong measurements I decided to quit while I was ahead. Long story short if you like wrong measurements and lack of communication this is the place for you!
