“So I give this particular uhaul and staff a 5 star but give uhual in general a FREAKING 0!!! I rented for 1 day and in total with 3 charges they charged me 355!!! I should of only been charged 76 and I am so sick of them saying someone will reach out to me to resolve everything. I still haven't been reached out to and was charged the 3rd time today so they are getting an ear full from me!!!!

“Hello, I have done a review on the Lower Burrell Uhaul before I believe. Nevertheless it is a great store to go to if you need any kind of rental moving equipment. Manager Dana has a large store lots of equipment a lot of moving accessories to help you do whatever you have to do in moving your household items. Dana and her staff are friendly helpful quick to wait on you and will help you find the right piece of equipment to fit your needs. “At this 56 storage facility you can be confident that your stuff is safe. The buildings are well constructed and maintained. The road work very good. Security cameras everywhere protect your valuables. Also you may need a truck or trailer. They got that. And for what you get it's really reasonable. Oh forgot to mention the great storage units. Big or small or parking like boats or rvs everything under the camera.safe . And the people are very nice too.”
