“I recently took my older German Shepherd, Sadie, to see Dr. Klingensmith. My dog was having some issues that the doctor listened to and helped take care of Sadie. Dr. Klingensmith laughed when told Sadie was not pleased with her weight as first recorded. Sadie kept stepping on and off the table scale until we stopped her. Dr. Klingensmith also found a growth that our previous did not tell me about. It will monitored. I am very pleased with Dr. Klingensmith and the staff KVAC.”

Seems like he hates everyone including himself! His bedside manor needs improvement, or get into another bussiness!! So I guess I'll keep looking for a Vet or continue going to New Bethlehem Pet Hospital.”

“I seriously can’t recommend this place enough. outside of their beautiful facility, the vets, office staff and vet techs are down right amazing. my girl went in for something neurological and came out with something we didn’t expect, but the Dr. Solomon was absolutely amazing. They gave us everything we needed and then some. Not to mention they got her in right away and got back to my request in no time. I will be coming back for any further issues with my girl!!! Diamond appreciates everything you guys did for her ❤️”
“I’ve always had a really positive experience at Harts Run. The staff are friendly and welcoming from the moment we walk in, and we’ve never had to wait long. What I appreciate most is how they interact with our animals. They take their time, give them individual attention, and make you feel like your pet is important to them. “I have started to frequent this cat center in the last few months after becoming active in trapping and neutering feral cats in my neighborhood. I have never seen a more dedicated and hard working group of people before. The services the facility offers include but are not limited to spaying and neutering, administration of vaccinations, flea and ear mite treatment and helping to facilitate wellness to cats and help them find a fur ever home. I cannot offer enough praise and gratitude for the people at the center who work endlessly to make the world a better place for feral cats and the neighborhoods they live in.”

“Wow, I'm impressed by the level of genuine care and the amount of time Dr. Lee and Ashley spent with our two dogs and us.
We are new to the area and needed to establish a vet for our two older Chihuahuas. One is fearful and tough to handle. She has a severe heart murmur. Because she will bolt if she can, the Doctor and tech Ashley handled her at floor level so she wouldn't jump, fall, or get hurt. To my amazement, they were able to give her a comprehensive checkup.
The other Chi is 16+, and his heart is good, but he has been blind for years, and his eyes needed special care.
I am delighted with the time the ladies spent with us and the care my old babies received.
I highly recommend Sarver Animal Hospital.”

“I've been bringing my dog, KoKo, to Vetco Vaccination Clinic for nearly 8 years for her vaccinations and and general check up. The Vet and employees have always been very caring when handling my dog. I like how they keep me informed of her health and wellbeing.”

Absolutely love this vet so so much. I took one of my cats for establishment and vaccines and the staff was wonderful and so kind. The vet tech was also amazing! The next week I brought my other cat who absolutely hates being touched… you can imagine how that went for me crating her haha
Even though I got there slightly late from the ordeal of getting her ready, the staff went above and beyond for me. They explained the options of sedating her for her checkup (which was absolutely needed lol) and even gave me bandaids for all of my cuts from my little gremlin. This was the first time a vet ever did a full exam on her and I am so thankful to this team!!”

“My original vet could not figure out what was wrong with my dog. This was after much money being spent for testing exams etc. I was then recommended by a friend to try Dr. Pope. He diagnosed my dog in less than 48 hours after seeing her. He was very knowledgeable and right to the point. It wasn't a good diagnosis sadly my baby has bone cancer. Also was a relief after months worrying and wondering what was wrong with her. I highly recommend Dr. Pope. Very smart man!! You can tell he really is concerned about your pet.”
“I had a wonderful experience bringing my cat here for an emergency. Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and caring. They took their time with my cat and made sure he was properly examined and cared for.
I’m terrible with names, but everyone from the front desk staff and assistants to the veterinarian was so welcoming, professional, and compassionate. I also came in without a carrier, and they were kind enough to give me one so I could safely take my cat home, which I truly appreciated.

“I had my dog Ella put down on 8-13-26 due to cancer and I have to say, the people at the Hamilton Ave facility were sooooo nice. They were kind and gentle and treated her so sweetly. “One week ago today, my mother and I had to say goodbye to our beloved dog, Abby. She blessed our lives for 17 years. She was a beloved member of our family, providing us with unconditional love, companionship and joy. I want to thank Dr. Boertjens, Brittany and Tiana who were all present that day. I cannot express enough how wonderful they were. They were patient , answered all our questions, provided comfort and above all compassion, during a heart-wrenching time. I also want to thank all of the other amazing and dedicated Veterinarians and Banfield staff , including Dr. Petrarca , who provided Abby with excellent and loving care over the years. Abby will live forever in our hearts and memories.
