Really unimpressed. I called and spoke to a rep (Andy) the other day who checked his inventory system and told me the bulb I needed was in stock at this location (New Oxford) and in Gettysburg and that I could pick it up at either. I sent my husband after work to pick it up at this location. He gets there and everyone is messing around on their cell phones (professional-no wonder you guys have inaccurate inventory) and he’s told the bulb isn’t in stock. He told them we called ahead and were told they checked inventory and had it. Andy said their system shows it in stock, but it’s not there. We understand stuff happens, but if your inventory system is known to be inaccurate I would’ve appreciated you either one, telling me that or two getting off your chair and going to check to see if you actually had it. Anyway, my husband asked them to order it, which they did and was told he could come back for it in the morning. Now they can’t get it tomorrow because of ice… the ice storm that hasn’t even arrived yet. Whatever! I’ll pick up my bulb and find another supplier next time. Thoroughly unimpressed.

We worked with Tanya at New Oxford APR after 6+ months of horrible customer service from a company out of camp hill. She took our order, and had our supplies in less than 8 weeks! When we hit roadblocks, she found solutions fast. She went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend!

We thought many items from them over the years they've always been very good to deal with. I recently purchased a bathtub that was supposedly a customer return. As it turns out the reason the customer returned it was because it was faulty from the factory and when we discovered this they refused to take the item back. My question would be why would you sell something that you know is faulty from the factory and then label it as customer return. Very disappointed that they're willing to lose a customer over only a few hundred dollars. Even Lowes would have taken this back if it was a defect from the manufacturer, furthermore I understand it was being sold as is but they made it seem that is was only discounted because it was a return.
