Great service. They were nice to my Grandma. people don't want to go to hanover for medicine I don’t want the store closed permanently. I wish it would never go out of business.

I have dealt with other Rite Aid locations. Every time I need a prescription I have to wait 5 hours. At the New Oxford Pennsylvania location, when I need a prescription it's always finished for me within the hour. They go the extra mile
They are friendly. They go the extra mile if they run out of medication they call you to let you know. They are friendly and caring.

I can't speak highly enough about Rite Aid Pharmacy in New Oxford, PA! The team of pharmacists and technicians there are exceptional. From the moment I walk in, they greet me by name, making me feel like part of the family. Their professionalism and friendliness are unmatched, and they go above and beyond to ensure I have all the information I need about my prescriptions. Whether it's answering questions, offering helpful advice, or simply providing a warm, welcoming atmosphere, the staff consistently provides outstanding service. I truly appreciate how they take the time to listen and care about my health and well-being. It's rare to find such a personal touch in a pharmacy, and I'm grateful to have such a wonderful team taking care of me. Highly recommend!

They have two drive-thru lanes at the pharmacy, but they only use one of them. They should have a sign stating that they only use one lane. They were very rude.

Rite Aid Corp shut down the Rite Aid in North Hanover, so I've had to go to this one for my prescription refills. In the last 6 months there has not been a single time I haven't had an issue with my prescriptions. They call me to tell me my prescription is ready, I drive 20min to get there and it's not ready. They run my old insurance, which is no longer valid, and try to charge me full price for my items. Then it takes 30min just for them to re-run it under my current insurance. Then the most recent excuse is, they claim they didn't receive my prescription. I have a confirmation email from my doctors office saying it has been sent. They called me multiple times saying it was ready, but it wasn't. The people in this pharmacy are incompetent. I've never had so many issues with any other pharmacy ones I've used over the course of years, that is. This one I've had an issue every month for the last 6 months. Rite aid train your staff better.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. They didn’t have the medicine for a refill, and the pharmacist Cathy called around to multiple different rite aids to make certain we could get the medicine. Amazing.

I am thankful that Dave transferred to this location. I know the company has been going through many changes and that is not easy for the employees. Dave and his team work exceptionally well together. I can tell the days my prescription is filled early Dave is working. Thank you Dave and staff

Horrible horrible pharmacy! I’ve been waiting in the drive threw with one person in front of me at the window for 20 minutes!! They never have my script filled when I get a text confirmation ! I do not recommend this pharmacy at all!! Do not go here!!

What a shame I see all of the same issues I’m having and none getting resolved …. I made a post prior of going there 4 times for my prescription! I get texts to confirm my prescription is ready and I go to pick them up later in the day hours after the confirmation text that my prescription is ready, I go and they dont even know why I’m there half the time and my prescription is never ready… so disappointing… you would think they would do better being the only rite aid in that area! The drive through takes long as well I will be waiting in the line for about 20 plus minutes every time!
I will be sure to never ever recommend this rite aid for anything with prescription needs !! I will be changing pharmacies…. And I will steer everyone away from this unprofessional and problematic pharmacy!! What a shame!!!

Although I appreciate the close proximity to my home, I consistently receive good customer service including help when I need it. I also love that I am easily able to get vaccines as needed.

I really don’t leave reviews but the girl at the pharmacy named SARA was very rude and short very unprofessional especially when she slams the money on the counter and just walks away. Think she needs a hug or better training with customer services. Everyone else in the store is very polite and helpful.

Waited in line at the pharmacy since 5 o’clock. For 30 minutes the line hadn’t moved and there were 3 cars ahead of me. Then by 6 there were 2 cars ahead of me. And they just closed it down. Tried getting a pharmacist attention because I needed my medication that night. But myself and everyone in line got ignored. Pulled into the parking lot and another person pulled up next to me and we went in. There wasn’t a single pharmacy supervisor there. And the front end manager wasn’t even going to do anything about it. He had to practically beg the one pharmacist to get our prescriptions even though we already told them they were ready and didn’t need to be paid for. Then the pharmacist came out with the manager and on our walk back to the pharmacy she made a comment of “of course it’s free.” Staff needs to be fired or retrained. Absolutely ridiculous. Changing my pharmacy and everyone else should too.
