“Recommended! Reasonable prices, clean, calm environment.We got a puppy in January and are also new the area. We found NOVC was just 5 minutes down the road. We did have to wait for our initial appointment, but we are happy with the service so far. We just brought our puppy home today from Spay/Mirco-chip and updated shots. To my surprise the cost was UNDER The quoted amount given to me 4 weeks ago. Very pleased. No hidden charges or pressure to do more procedures. Great friendly staff that respects my pet as I do.”
