Great and fast repair service for a reasonable cost.
My workhorse Benjamin Marauder gave up the ghost in the middle of Purple Martin season. Had it back in less than 2 weeks and it is better than new because the new fill valve fits my compressor!
And Rick is a very pleasant and friendly guy to speak/email with.

Just spent an afternoon in the shop with the owner of Precision Pellet. This is a true local asset. All my airgun repairs will be directed to his shop.Just tested my RWS Model 26 that I dropped off for cleaning, inspection, and replace any worn parts. Three 3-shot groups placed in the 9 ring of Air Venturi target at 25 yards from a sandbag. I never expected that, and it never grouped so tight, even as new. I know it can do better as I practice.

Rick took care of me- I had a Crosman 600 that needed new seals and some work done. I shipped the pellet gun to him through priority mail and he received it within a few days and was working on it within a week. He made sure to call me before he did any repairs after looking at the pellet gun. It took about ten days to repair which is amazing. Its back to me and couldn't be happier, my son and I are enjoying it back to its former glory - this gun is 60 years old and fires like it was new again. Trust that Rick will take care of you.

Such a great company to deal with. Looking for a crossman fortitude air gun I reached out only to find that there was a nation wide shortage. I decided I would send 2 airguns to precision, a crossman 1377 and a beeman 1000 that no longer worked. 1 week after he received my guns they were in the mail and on the way back. Both guns worked like the day I bought them years ago. Then 6 months later I got a call he had a few guns in stock and even worked around my schedule so I could come meet him. He opened his shop on a Sunday and could not have been any more professional as he explained everything I needed and I walked out of the shop ready to shoot.
