“Happy to have found a new Mechanic a trustworthy one reasonable prices n very close by. As a woman I hate dealing with mechanic's they all seem to wanna think I'm dumb when it comes to cars cause I'm a woman,Idk much but i know enough to know these dudes are honest and reliable, they Squeezed my moms jeep in last minute to fix her brakes n get the tire off that no other Mechanic wanted to touch, well they got the job done n fast. Very much appreciate their time n for being super nice n making me feel like I wasn't getting riped off. Definitely going to bill or Billy from here on out.

But on those repairs, they were able to answer my questions in a thorough and professional matter. I’ve felt taken care of as a customer there!”

“M & R saved me! I'm from out of town and the weird 5 point intersection in front of the shop was overgrown with weeds. In the middle of a turn, another car was flying down one of the other points and looked like they weren't going to stop. I braked, lost sight of the end of the curb, and slammed the edge hard enough to rip open one tire and damage another.
Luckily, M&R was literally right there. I walked over, saw Meredith, and explained the situation. She looked at my wheels immediately and took me back to the service center. They texted me a quote within 10 minutes, and were kind, courteous and honest, and had new tires on within a few hours. If it had to happen, I'm so glad it happened right in front of M & R!”

Clint followed up with me once he got his hands on my car to see what it needed, and together we came up with a plan that worked with the shop's schedule, my purse, and the safety of my vehicle. AND they put the cherry on top with little extras (like - the Car Clinic water bottle in my cup holder when I got in my vehicle, a nice touch) My reg/insurance papers were just floating around my glovebox and they equipped me with a sweet plastic sleeve with their logo on it, just to help me keep it together in this hectic world and I appreciated that! “I had an excellent experience with horsepower. I am out of state and John agreed to go to the Mecum auction and look over 3 or 4 cars that I was interested in. After his onsite inspection we bid on two and bought one. The car was in great shape but we first took it to horsepower for a drive and closer inspection. John and the team identified 8 or 10 small items and were able to fit in the shop time to address it and in a couple of weeks the car was out the door and headed to me. Just great service and communication all around. The best buying experience I have had. I look forward to the auction next year.”

Got my bike in gave me progress calls on my bike and when to pick it up. Treat your bike with the most respect like it was his own. ( Randy ) is a hellish Mechanic and custom designer look at their site for custom work. Treat people like there Humen being. Workable quotes awesome work done. “We just moved our office to Intercourse, and I wanted to have my 2014 Ram inspected by someone local. I drive by the shop every day. So I called, made an appointment, shared my email and cell number, and they texted me an estimate for 4 new tires (very convenient). My truck has over 200k miles. It needed 4 ball joints and some other work. It was the week after Christmas, and they had to get all the parts. They offered a free loaner car! Wow, that was awesome, and they even did a basic wash for free! I got my truck back when they promised, and it looked great! Thanks, Guys!”
“When traveling through PA, hundreds of miles from home, we noticed gasoline leaking from the bottom of our car when filling up.
The folks at Synergy very kindly accommodated us, and were able to successfully repair a gasoline hose between the filler tube and the tank into which a rodent had bitten a hole. The repair was a temporary one, since a replacement hose was not readily available, but they were able to get us back on the road so that we were able to complete our trip visiting family and friends, and were able to get home safely. Thank you, thank you, and thank you again. The people of the Strasburg area are very lucky to have Synergy Service Center in their community.”
