“My car broke down and this was the closest shop to get it to. I was scared to take it there with no prior experience or info. on the shop but had no choice. Well he fixed my truck in one day and charged me a fraction of what I thought it would be. I believe its a one man mechanic show but him and the wife are honest, easy to talk to people, who aren't trying to beat people over the head in labor costs. I am so glad to have found them and I am taking my truck there again for more needed repairs. I highly recommend them.”
“Would like to give John a big shout out. He took my daughter's car and fixed her leaking sunroof. And charged us a fair price for the amount of work that was involved in fixing it. Also did a few extra special things for her that was much appreciated. We had a big rain fall after we got it back and she was so happy it wasn't raining in her car anymore.

“I am a bit late on this review, But overall I had a very nice experience with Jeff. All around good guy, does great work and fast. He helped me out in a pinch when I got in two separate accidents in a single week, saved me in the middle of winter when most dealerships would of had my car for a month or more.
He's a mechanic, he fixes shit. he talks like a mechanic, his job isn't hospitality. so if you're offended by a couple swear words and banter. grow up. life sucks, wear a helmet. This guy gets shit done right.”

“I was in need of an emergency brake job. I called and asked if I could bring my vehicle in for service. When i arrived, i was immediately greeted and checked in. I watched a technician pull my vehicle into the garage and started working approximately 5 minutes later. The waiting area was clean considering the horrific weather outside. Not a single complaint from anyone in the waiting room. If you have ever been to another dealer or shop for service, you know what I'm talking about. Fast and efficient (a little over an hour-hour and a half tops) which saved me labor costs. I would give their team a ten star rating if possible. This was the only Ford dealership within 15 miles that could take me that day. I will drive the 15 miles anytime for that kind of service. Great job!!!”
“I can’t express how much of a great job you did with my car! Here’s the back story, I was at a red light, yes I was stopped. A deer came out of nowhere! Smashed my sunroof in, it was a HUGE hole, took my passenger mirror off, dented the passenger side of my car and decided to SCRATCH the paint off from my back passenger door to almost the end of my car. I was shook up nonetheless. Pulled over, filed my claim and found the closest auto body shop. Fix’s Auto Body shop showed up through my ins app. Drove home (2 miles) and called the shop, anxious, Ms Lee helped me so much, she calmed me down like a Mom would. This is my first time ever going through this. She gave me all the information I needed. Now to today. My car is excellent!!! And they washed it! Made sure my tire pressure was good. The whole time they were professional, knowledgeable and super friendly. Jess is the greatest as well!! Mr Bill thank you for everything, you are super great. So thank you to Fix’s Auto “Spa” and auto body! You guys really made my holiday great! I give REAL reviews, so if you’re in need of an auto body shop, this is where you need to be…”
“Jeff was great. Kept me in the loop the whole time my car was in the shop after an accident i thought it was totalled but it was not! Jeff hooked it up. I was away in Miami so he had it ready after hours so I can pick it up and go. So smooth and car looked better than it did after a 13k dollar accident. 5 stars for sure. And ask for Jeff:”
