No hot water going to machines. You have to pay extra for hot on some machines, you will still get cold. Happened last time I was here. They refunded my money last time and said that the hot water wasn't reset in the morning because they were away. The refund was a nice gesture but I want my clothes disinfected with hot water.
UPDATE: I've been back 2 times since and have had Hot water in the machines.

New to the area and this laundry mat is close. Solid experience overall.
Cleanliness: 8/10
Place was in decent condition and pretty clean for the most part. A few staines on the floor and trash need Ed emptied, but the machines looked to be fairly new.
Effectiveness: 7/10
Washer worked well and washed my load/s within 23 minutes. Dryers were more of a challenge. Large ones cost $.50 for 8 min then it’s an additional $.25 for 4 more minutes. It took about 12 quarters to dry all of my clothes over the course of 1.5 hours. I’d recommend using multiple dryers for large loads.
Availability: 10/10
Although, there are only about 12 washers and 12 dryers, I was able to use multiple machines at once. They were very user friendly and only one other person was there upon my arrival. There were 2 washers out of service.
Other Notes:
A) There is a change machine that accepts 1’s, 5’s, 10’s, and 20’s.
B) The vending machines are ancient. They don’t accept bills; only quarters, some of the drinks were in there upside down, and the can of Pepsi I got came out hot. Who wants to drink a warm pop from a machine when it’s 94 degrees outside? The snack machine only had plain chips &!nacho cheese Doritos. Definitely need to replace these.
C) No AC inside do you will work up a sweat.
D) unique characters coming in and out of the facility. I observed an older woman (early 60’s) with dirty hair walk in, go into the restroom, and walk out with a bikini on. It was a disturbing sight. Others came in reeking of cigarette smoke, but I guess you can get that anywhere.

I'm sorry but it defeats the purpose of washing your clothes here if you're going to let people smoke right by the door so all the cigarette, weed and cigar smoke blows right in and makes your clean laundry smell bad. Then we have to wash again at $3/each load plus $2-3 /dry. You should have it be non smoking. The bathroom was clean.

This place is great. Not crowded, however the washer did not work that I put my clothes in. It was washer #2 for $4.50. My clothes were sopping wet. I tried to contact someone to let them know it was broke and it keeps going straight to voice-mail

Three star only because they just don't have enough. They only had three washers that could handle comforters and blankets, bedding and such and then the rest were your normal size washers which weren't bad. Then the dryers there just wasn't enough compared to the people that was doing laundry, Seem to be pretty clean. I'll go back it's location is super convenient. But if you go during a busy time you will be waiting for a washer or dryer.
