Thank you for the “Angel” at New Stanton’s GetGo Cafe & Market. Just when we needed a kind word, a thoughtful gesture and a hot cup of coffee/tea this young lady gave us all that and we the Zeta Amicae of Princeton-Trenton & our Zeta FriendZ of Epsilon Xi Zeta “thank you”.

I stopped in the getgo in New Stanton (119 Bair Blvd. )to use the atm. The atm gave me a receipt but did not dispense any cash. I told a getgo employee about it and the manager happen to be behind the counter with her back turned to me. She told the cashier to tell me that I needed to call citizen bank( the bank for the atm). She continued that getgo had nothing to do with the atm machine. She had no consideration for the fact that I was out a large sum of money. She finished with instructing the cashier to put up an out of order sign on the atm because someone else complained earlier about the same thing. I called citizens bank, they told me since It was not a citizens bank account that I had to open a claim with the institution for the card used in the atm. I called my card customer service and they opened a claim and told me it could take up to 45 days for the claim to be resolved. I WILL NEVER GO TO GETGO AGAIN. Shame on the manager and her lack of concern for a customer. I've been a convenience store manager for over 10 years and I would have at the very least had the courtesy to take the customer to the side and apologize for the inconvenience and provided them with the appropriate phone number to call.

This location is poorly managed. If you attempt to purchase anything in the evening or at night, you'll have difficulty finding an employee. I've had to put my items back and drive to sheetz, because the employees disappear. It is not this way during the daylight hours.

i stoped for breakfast very clean employees were nice. Food not good at all. Got a large tator tots for my daughter had 13 tots in it. Got a Bagel sandwich for me bagel flat as a piece of paper hard as a rock. French fries for my son was good. Wife’s Flat bread sandwich was also good I believe I will go to Sheetz in New Stanton for breakfast. Would like to say the Get go on Mount pleasant is great. Although I never ordered breakfast there.

The service is up and down. They mess up on my food all the time and I email their customer service and they do nothing about it. Sometimes I get hair in my food. Sometimes I get different food entirely or missing ingredients.

Haven't been to many gas station restaurants that offer plant based options. My wife is vegan, so it's usually hard to find a place to eat but they had everything. The menu is vast for a gas station chains restaurant and the quality of food is amazing. The staff is very professional and we enjoyed the food.

Orders are consistently wrong. Order a 5 piece chicken tenders, you’ll receive 4. Pay for something extra on a sub you won’t get it. Order a hot sub likea steak and cheese and it’ll come out of the kitchen very cold and you have to heat up the meat yourself. If the food choices weren’t so limited in New Stanton there’d be no reason to ever stop here.

This place is an absolute joke anymore. Pretty sure no one ever cleans the mens room, just look at the door to thr mens room as you're walking out of it and you'll know what I mean. Bought two Arizona tees yesterday that was to be 2 for $4 with 15 bonus points. The price was right but didn't get the bonus points. Today I bought two Bang energy drinks that was to be 2 for $5 with 15 bonus points. Again right price but no bonus points. When I asked why I didn't get the bonus points all I was told be the incompetent employees was the the promotion might have ended. You think that would be something they would know. I'll just stop at Sheetz from now on (Fallow up) Now two days later the promotion that I mentioned are still being advertised and I still didn't get the bonus points. So not only are the employees incompetent, but their also lazy. You would think they would have asked a manager what promotion are currently active and take down the advertisement for the one's that are no longer active but I guess that's to difficult. This has officially put the nail in the coffin. I WILL NEVER STOP AT THIS GET GO AGAIN. AVOID THIS PLACE.
