Here on Wednesday elevator broke. Our room was on the 3rd floor had to use stairs for most of the day.
Today Sunday hotel lost half power with no lights in bathroom no air-conditioning no elevator again. There has been no reason for outage and no reports of when it will be restored. It's already 80 degrees in room had to prop the door open because no air circulation at all feels as if you aren't able to breathe very well. No one has even tried to explain this situation.
On a positive note the staff have been very friendly and kind. Rooms are also very clean and that's saying about lot for me because I'm a (clean freak).
I would like to tell everyone that this hotel made everything better. Reparations were appropriately made. I'm very pleased and now will definitely stay again.

Extremely poor service, the front desk attendant Christine was unbelievably rude. Given a logistical issue that was completely out of our control, and after a day of travel, she was not only unhelpful but was even badgering us to return our keys so that she could “sell our room to others”. Simply ridiculous and unprofessional without a shred of humanity or decency.

Outstanding customer service, looking for a hotel early in the am. We arrived at the Hampton Pittsburgh New Stanton at 1:15 in the am. The overnight staff was outstanding offering assistance with our dog while we checked in and offering up dog cookies. The room was great and dog friendly. We only stayed overnight. When we checked out that same morning we met Heather at the front desk. We had a friendly conversation and she made us wish we could stay longer. We ended up leaving well rested and totally satisfied with our stay. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Hampton Pittsburgh New Stanton and special thanks to the overnight staff and Heather.

Stayed here again 2025 for family visit, very nice hotel. Stayed here for 4 nights for a family funeral. Hotel was very clean and quiet, staff was very friendly, since it is new the staff is too, some were not too familiar with the price accommodations and breakfast was not up to Hilton standards. All in all a great stay for the price.

Great Spot and a Great Price for the room. Rooms were clean as well as the common area. The breakfasts were good to have in a pinch.

Clean and well maintained, this hotel is where we always stay when visiting this area. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is always good, too.

We rented two rooms (connecting for my young children) and were informed at check in by Rob that they,“Were given away” and he was “mad about it.” He told us he would discount the room and triple my points in response to not honoring our initial request. Neither occurred.
My room was next to a traveling baseball team that was loud, ran through the hallways frequently, took over the pool and much of the hotel space for the entire evening.
Rooms were nice but management was disorganized and I was unimpressed with lack of follow through (no discounted room/additional points). Rob rolled up a cot so I didn’t have to share a bed with one of my kids and my request. Not returning!

You have to request housekeeping if you want it, they only come once in a 4 night stay otherwise,

extremely mid..literally only 2 suites available at the hotel so getting one was basically impossible. Honestly, to have the word suites in your hotel's name and only have 2 suites is just a rip off and ridiculous. The shower in the room was less than par with a horrible shower head. The hot breakfast is not impressive at all.. I'm just glad our stay was cut short and we had to leave a day early...will not be staying here on the next baseball tournament

Stopped by here with wife and kids on the way to Kentucky from NJ.
We've done road trips as a family before and this was one of the cleanest places with excellent service.
Staff were all very helpful. The room was spacious and immaculately kept.
Breakfast was good.
The gym had more than what I needed (they have treadmills, ellipticals, dumbbells up to ~70-80lbs, benches, versatile cable machines, kettlebells, Peloton bike, etc).
The pool was well kept and the kids had a blast.
Most importantly, I felt deeply refreshed as we hit the road as a family again after spending the night and morning at this Hampton facility. Priceless.
If ever driving by, would definitely come here again.
Recommend 10/10.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Checked in, let them know we had a service animal, Vic said he would add it to our reservation. Checked out next day and there was a pet fee. Called the hotel and CHRISTINE answered, and was the rudest Hilton employee I have ever spoken too. She laughed at me, belittled me, and spoke down to me when I let her know of the charge, stating to me that we did have a pet. I told her I would gladly send any and all paperwork they needed from his doctor and only then did she say she would take off the fee, after arguing that it was a pet. She also asked many questions regarding the animal beyond what is allowed, making my husband and I uncomfortable and also going against ADA compliance. I have filed a report against the hotel and this employee. While I understand many people try to get over on the system, we did not and he has a true need for his service dog. I sincerely hope they retrain this employee so she can learn some common decency and maybe be able to do her job properly in the future. Again, I would not stay here, whether with a service dog or without, due to the rude staff.
