The room was awesome. The layout of the suite was great! The breakfast was the best we've had in a very long time!! Ham, cheese, peppers omelet, biscuits and gravy, red potatoes with onions and peppers, bagels, muffins, waffles, etc! Very tasty!

We spent one night here on the way from Cincinnati to New York City. The hotel is located right of the highway, so super convenient. There were three of us (husband, daughter and myself) and we stayed in a King Suite. It was very spacious, with a pull-out couch, kitchen area (small fridge, sink and coffee maker) and a nice size bathroom (good water pressure, plenty of towels, large counter area). The room was SUPER clean. It is still relatively new and it is situated on a hill, so we were able to admire the beautiful rolling hills of West Virginia. The included breakfast was nice (coffee, juice, bagels, eggs, sausage, potatoes, etc.). The people working were very friendly and made us feel so welcome. There is a Tesla super charging station across the street, so if you are driving a Tesla, this hotel is a good option.

My wife and I stayed here for four days during one of our little adventures. It's a beautiful property! Either new or renovated. The breakfast area was well-kept! Thank you. The staff overall were as helpful as possible. Only a little confusion regarding when and how the rooms would be made up.

After driving 3+ hours, my boyfriend and I decided to stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Pittsburgh/New Stanton. Despite all of the Diamond Member spaces being taken, there was plenty of parking. John made the check-in/check-out process smooth. I got to choose the floor (2nd, 3rd or 4th) and got to pick out some snacks (e.g., peanuts, shortbread, Coca Cola, and water). He told us about the heated pool and 24-hour gym, wi-fi, tea/coffee, and breakfast. It was the nicest Hampton Inn & Suites I've ever been to. It felt like one of their boutique brands. Our room was spacious and had a microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom was spacious too. I loved the walk-in shower. There were pumps for shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the shower and hand soap and lotion by the sink. The king bed was comfy. Before checking out, we enjoyed the hot breakfast, which was offered 6am-10am. It consisted of two kinds of waffles, biscuits and gravy, plain and vegetable egg omelet with cheese, red skin potatoes, bread (plain and flavored bread), muffin, bagel, oatmeal, and cereal. I would have preferred the potatoes without the bell peppers and the eggs scrambled, but that's a personal preference!

I stay in this level of hotel often as I travel a lot and find myself in places that don't have high end hotels. Keep in mind, I'm used to staying at luxury properties. For this class of hotel, this Hampton inn knocked or out of the park. Great rooms, the breakfast was above standard, the pool was great for my son, furnishings were above what was expected too. I can't blame the hotel for the rowdy wedding party on a Friday night. That can happen anywhere. I would certainly recommend staying here to anyone.

We stayed here for 5 nights while we got new flooring put in. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms and pool were kept nice and clean and the complementary breakfast was delicious too!

Stayed recently and room was filthy. People falling down drunk in parking lot not a good place to stay. Not up to Hilton standards.
