“AAA itself is a fantastic service, and being a premium member pays for itself. I am however displeased with the first person who answered my call, older male, inept and should not be answering roadside assistance (he could be fine with customer service generally, but a lot of people who call are in emergencies)
I will however give stars because they found a tow driver VERY quickly for me. Very quickly like my car was out of the way on a grass median between walmart and urban air. The driver waits in the walmart between jobs, so I'm glad that the agent was able to assign them in such short time.”
