Tom is a fair and no nonsense guy, fixed our music box for a very reasonable price, and gave me good advice on the practicality of other repairs I was considering. It was a pleasure working with him.

The chronograph second hand fell off my IWC 3706. Tom fixed it while I waited. My Rolex Sub hasn't been serviced so I left it with him. I have no doubt I'll receive the same quality of service.
