Great "old school" personal service. I was referred to this business by another when they were unable to complete a repair on a 20 yr old Wenger Swiss Army watch. I called Mr. Theis and he gave me directions. When I stopped by, he took care of my issue very quickly, gave me a little history that I didn't know about the watch and gave me some other very interesting history on some other products. Very much like an old time watch shop where you really know that the guy taking care of you knows his stuff. Great service and very informal atmosphere. Definitely go to Tom Theis the next time you have any issues with your watch or clock.

Does anybody know if they are still open? My wife is there now, 11:25 Am and no one is there, no lights on, no one answers the phone?

Weird, only accepts cash or checks. Offered me advise about my generation using them damn credit cards.

The chronograph second hand fell off my IWC 3706. Tom fixed it while I waited. My Rolex Sub hasn't been serviced so I left it with him. I have no doubt I'll receive the same quality of service.

Tom has serviced a number of watches for me at this point. He always does an excellent job and charges a very reasonable amount for the work. It does take him some time to get work finished, but it's worth the wait - based on my experience with watches, you either get speed or you get quality work.

Tom is great! He does amazing work. I highly recommend, and if I have anything else that needs repaired, I will definitely be bringing it to him.

Tom is absolutely amazing! He is most definitely the "clock whisperer" while fixing my grandparents Regulator click which hasn't worked for years. He was patient, kind and so passionate with his craft. His sidekick, Holly, the daschound was super cute too! Thank you.

Poor service After 12 weeks watch was still not repaired. Watch was stuck in a drawer and forgot about. Tom has a sarcastic attitude. I;m 71 yrs old and he kept referring to me as "young man" ,. and how dare i question him. By the way, it was the fourth time for the same problem. Take your watches and clocks elsewhere

Tom is simply Great !! A rarity in today's world a watch and clock maker who has years of experience is highly skilled , honest and a collector himself . I had a problem with a German SAR mechanical watch which I purchased pre owned . I thought that I would have to drop the watch off and wait 3-4 weeks to find out what the issue was. Tom though quickly diagnosed the problem and adjusted the watch to chronometer standards in approximately 10 minutes ! I was amazed. If I could give Tom 10 stars I would ! Highly recommended for the care of your clocks and wristwatches !

Tom did a wonderful job on our Herschede grandfather clock. He obviously knows his craft and took all the time necessary to get the clock back up and running smoothly.
