I've been here to drop off many packages over the past two months. Customer service has always been excellent. They've brought out hand trucks when I've brought in big loads, helped me carry in smaller loads, and just now re-taped a box that I forgot to fully seal on the bottom. When I don't have time to drop off packages myself, I've scheduled pickups. My packages have always gotten to their destination on time.

Tell your drivers to stop cutting people off. They're going to cause an accident one day. Already got one of your daycabs on dashcam almost taking my bumper off!

They steal here someone took my products out my package and replaced it with someone else package just because the weight was similar how sad so now I have to send this person package out myself because someone wanted what was inside my package so bad, hope whoever is responsible faces the consequences

If you a truck driver you will waist a day of work because they will take for ever to unload you won’t be able to book another load so make sure you charge correct for your time

Made my order on July 2nd my package arrived at this facility the 6th and hasn't moved since. IT'S JUNE 13TH. I only live a hour and half away how is it possible for my package to not move at all in over a week what are the people who work here doing
