They are always so patient and gentle with my scaredy cats. And when one needed major surgery at his emergency appointment, they were able to operate on him within two hours!
They followed up to make sure he’s okay, and helped me with any post-op questions my anxiety generated.

“Dr Geary and his staff are amazing! When our puppy became sick suddenly we took him to see Dr. Geary who got us in within an hour and diagnosed our boy with parvo. By that point our pup was very sick. Dr Geary worked with us on a treatment plan and kept things to the cost range my family was able to afford. His caring staff taught us to do subcu fluids and gave us meds to take home to treat him. We followed every instruction they gave syringe feeding our boy and giving the meds as ordered. Our dog began getting sick on a Sunday was seen Monday morning and by Wednesday morning he was up eating and drinking on his own and returning to his playful self. No words can ever express our gratitude towards this amazing group. They saved our puppy and gave him a chance when we thought the only option would be to put him down when every other facility quoted us thousands of dollars to even give him a chance of survival with of course no guarantees. Thank you Dr Geary and staff for everything you do! We have found our forever vet and are excited to watch Bear grow and live a long healthy life thanks to you all!”

Dr. Alley has went above and beyond to help my dog (and I) figure out what the issue was. Diane, who works at the front desk, is also amazing. She is always so helpful in fitting us in and finding the best cost for the many medications that my dog needs. Donaldson Animal Hospital has always been there when we have emergencies and I am so grateful to this facility and their workers for being so helpful and caring to my fur baby.”

“Simply put they saved my babies life. From Karen at the front desk who insisted that I bring her in immediately to Michelle, Angela, Emily and all the techs who took such awesome care of Abby. And that doesn't even touch Dr. Lisa who took so much time to diagnose as do the surgery and all the aftercare that is still going to be required to keep her healthy for the remainder of her life. “I am so absolutely thankful for the team at the Greensburg Banfield. My dog ate a box of chocolate covered raisins and we knew we had to get him to a vet. The Monroeville location was closed so we called here. They were so helpful in the whole process. “Low cost place! Def needed a place like this! Got my cat shots and Spade! I still feel like it was kind of pricey compared to some places, but when I went to the regular vet I spent $250, so it was $90 for everything plus I gave a $10 donation because they don't get paid there, and also $5 for the e-cone. So it sure beats going to a regular vet! I am very grateful. I did get yelled at a couple times, but I guess that was because I was not reading and comprehending everything that she wrote me about the process, but I finally figured it out and I understand that they are super busy.”
