The best gym in the Lehigh valley hands down! Has everything you need with a great atmosphere and Dom the owner is as genuine and accommodating as it gets. Every time I’m in town this is the place to go!

I signed up my daughter and granddaughter. i was assured that someone would help them on first day today. they walked in and Ben said hi and offered no support or training o equipment hopefully owner will get back to me to correct the situation
