Good luck getting your packages delivered if your driveway is too large. I know they've delivered to my address before but when it comes to packages larger than a mailbox or packages requiring signatures, I think they're either too afraid or too lazy. I've had this happen for the past two years, and it's annoying seeing this place not deliver its packages properly. I can't even say it's a USPS problem, cause it feels more like a locational problem if anything; step up your work, guys. You're making FedEx look amazing.

I live between the New Wilmington post office and the Neshannock post office. I definitely prefer New Wilmington. The folks at the New Wilmington post office are super friendly and knowledgeable - both qualities that are lacking at the other place. I always receive outstanding service and care at the New Wilmington Post Office.

Door on my mail box is left open "2 to 3 days a week!! I bought new mail box thought that would help,but no.All my important mail is always wet!!Or in the field wet!! Don't just fling door upward, push it shut!! Is that so hard? Two years this is going On. Just lazyness. Really tiered of it! Dan

Horrible. They never deliver mail on time. They come when ever they feel like it!! One day you get mail at 10am. The next day noon and the following day could get your mail at 2-3pm. I've complained to the post office general before and nothing happens, he acts like he doesn't really care about the issues..
