The folks at Cocalico have no control over the folks who rent the trucks.Placing blame on Cocalico for an individual renting one of their trucks is insane.”

“I reached out to Elco Self Storage when I was in need of a temperature controlled unit for cabinetry. Dennis at Elco made the process seamless. He set me up with a storage unit that same day and walked me through how to access it. I contacted Dennis again when I planned to clear the unit out two months later. He explained to just let him know when it was cleared and cleaned and he would do an inspection. If everything was okay after the inspection he said I would receive a check for the security deposit in the mail. I just received the check. From start to finish the process was easy. I would not hesitate to use Elco Storage again. I highly recommend them.”

“I'm not a customer but had the most Amazing experience with Pam. I was calling around looking for a space for my camper with no luck. I accidentally called Pam twice & the second time, after realizing what I had done, she helped me find another storeage place that met my needs!!! She knew I wouldn't be a customer right now based on what I needed & yet still went above & beyond! The call lasted all of maybe 5mins but I've had a stressful day & the compassion was so greatly appreciated! I'll always recommend them!”
