“So far my experience with I 78 storage has been wonderful. I rented my unit online which was a great option for me as I have a busy schedule . I rented online Thursday night and received a call the next day from Melita. She went over the rental process and answered all of my questions. She was a pleasure to speak with and offered options to make my storage experience even easier. When i arrived later that day my lock was placed in my unit so i didn’t have to make an extra stop to purchase one . The unit was clean and ready for me to use. I definitely give them 5 stars and look forward to renting from them. Thank you Melita for your excellent customer service and all of your help!!”

“i was with Cocalico Self Storage for 10 years. and 4 other storage places. The folks at Cocalico are the BEST. the other review about a truck. Cocalico rents the trucks out, like Herts or Avis. The folks at Cocalico have no control over the folks who rent the trucks.Placing blame on Cocalico for an individual renting one of their trucks is insane.”

“I'm not a customer but had the most Amazing experience with Pam. I was calling around looking for a space for my camper with no luck. I accidentally called Pam twice & the second time, after realizing what I had done, she helped me find another storeage place that met my needs!!! She knew I wouldn't be a customer right now based on what I needed & yet still went above & beyond!
