I chose this location (for a Pierson test) over a closer one after talking to them and I am glad I did. They are serious, ( they have to be) , but they were friendly too.

From Perry County Literacy Council
PCLC provides educational programs for Perry County (PA) residents and their families that will enable them to better function as productive, responsible citizens. Our programs are 100% free. We help residents earn their high school equivalency diploma, learn English, become U.S. citizens, get career training and many other resources they need to be self-sufficient and build better lives.
Perry County residents have access to 18 different services through our one-stop site. These services include: adult education and career training, addiction services, housing assistance, ID services, health insurance assistance, domestic violence services, transportation services, childcare, an onsite social worker, PA Careerlink services and more.
