There were some issues with a return that were eventually ironed out, as the receipt was in the bottom of a dumpster with the sku tag. I had to return a 7-blade connector for a trailer due to continuity issues as the spacing of the blades was too wide and didn't make a reliable connection.
My initial encounter with the associate processing the return was the worst experience I've had in a while. She started off accusing me of wrongdoing, pointing out that the strain relief on the backside of the connector was creased and that based on that I had installed it wrong. This strain relief is intended to be squished to hold the wires from pulling on the screw terminals. I advised that it shouldn't be put back on the shelf because the next person would likely have the same issue. She started arguing that even if it didn't work for me it would work for someone else. She was making baseless claims about things she didn't understand. I was being treated like a criminal causing an adrenaline spike just for a simple return. In my opinion she should not be in a customer facing position. The other associate that provided additional assistance was very helpful in providing clarity to the cashier processing the return.

Can we PLEASE get rid of the Renewal By Andersen tables/tents? I just want to be able to walk into the store without having to explain to the millionth person that no I actually don’t need new windows. It’s super annoying and makes me not want to shop here.

Walked into Tractor Supply Newport Pa to make a Purchase and the department i wanted to shop was Blocked by solicitors table and display from Anderson Windows. i could not get behind there tables to shop.I will never shop at Tractor supply ever again Because of this.Tractor Supply Cares more about Helping Other companies Like Anderson over Loyal Customers

Every time I go to tractor supply, I am greeted at the door saying hello” when I am in the store
I am ask if I can find what I am looking for or do I need help? I always buy a lot of products at tractor supply and I always have help to my car to unload and get off the shelves if it’s too heavy for me
I am so glad tractor supply came to Newport
Makes it so much more convenient to buy horsefeed birdseed dog food, cat food, and anything we will need around the farm
I will highly recommend tractor supply
Young guys there are very helpful
Everyone is very courteous. The store is very well kept in. The shelves are always in order.

Was able to ask a vet about a product I was buying for a sick cat. Always a clean store with friendly employees. Can pretty much find everything. I’m looking for. Just wish the clothes weren’t so expensive.

I can almost always find what I need at Tractor Supply in Newport. They have good stuff at decent prices and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Worst customer service EVER. I had placed an online order for a dog food pick up to make things easier for me.The order was placed in the morning and I didn't pick up my order until after 6 pm that day and guess what, the order was not ready and I was made to WAIT for a good 20 minutes. I was told that I just couldn't go get the food myself and take it with me, it all had to be confirmed and blah, blah, blah.Needless to say a 3 minute visit ended up in a very frustrated me. I ended up just taking a bag off the shelf and making them mark it as the one that was ordered and I left.I have not been back since, nor will I ever recommend this company to anyone.

No wonder it says this business hasn't been claimed yet, I wouldn't want to claim something that was so poorly operated and has no pride in helping others or the animals they claim to. Because of the lack of effort and ability to do the job, and lack of initiative and motivation to do the job properly, this so called business caused my family to lose 4 kittens in 3 days because they not only lied to us about having what we needed to help them, and when we arrived they wouldn't even offer to help us because they were too busy having a get together with friends to be bothered. When I realized that the employee that had been on the phone with my mom hadn't even gone to look at the products we asked about, or they'd have easily seen that they didn't even have anything there where they once had been. When I pointed this out to all 3 of the employees, they all turned away from us and didn't speak another word. Don't give these heartless idiots a penny of your money. Jefferson City has a tractor supply that helped us tremendously
