I have experienced many slip ups, misinformation and wrong prescriptions at this location. While I was expressing my displeasure with having so many mistakes to the pharmacist a tech decided to get involved and I was physically threatened. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable!

Minute Clinic. Urgent care! Urgggg! The self checkin at the red box no human is always a stressful step. You never really know where that rabbit hole is going. Or when it will end w endless opt in radio buttons. Click way. And then no on acknowledges your existence there is no humans greeting. You even way past your appointment time. OK, so really you’re just hoping and praying what you did that The self check actually worked and you’re just not Waiting in vane. For a live human being to pop out one of those five wooden doors. Urg!

Excellent staff, retail and pharmacy.Good selections of products, but a little pricey, unless you have a mile long receipt and stick to their selections.

Do I have to give a whole star? We had to switch from RiteAid to CVS effective Jan 1 of this year because of insurance. To date, only one time has CVS properly filled an Rx. They have constantly filled prescriptions without our approval and way before we need them. I had to switch one prescription back to RiteAid to get a FAR better price. Most recently I used their phone system to request a refill - I was told the Rx would be ready after 1pm. I dropped by the store at 315 and was told that I was out of refills and they would need to get authorization (but the phone system said I could refill it - huh? I was also told to always expect a text when the Rx was ready. But if I hadn't stopped by, nobody was doing anything. So CVS called my doctor 3 days ago (I found out be reaching out to the doctor since CVS didn't let me know) - never did I hear whether the Rx was ready (no text - you know, the one I was told to always expect!)- I called CVS and the prescription has been waiting for me for 2 days! Just terrible at their core business - just awful.

Minute Clinic visit went great. Very friendly and professional staff. Was there for a vaccine for school and noticed that they had flu shots available, and they were kind enough to allow us to add flu shots for both of us. Prompt, friendly, efficient processing of all the paperwork and painless shots. Highly recommend!

Pls lift your calls. Let me talk to the pharm. they redirected calls and im still on hold its been 45 mins already. I got boster shot yesterday and have few symptoms i wanted to discuss and concerned. They dont pick their calls.
