If I could give 0 stars I would.
I had the most horrible experience at this CVS pharmacy today, specifically with Elma. She has about shoulder length curly hair with glasses and looks absolutely miserable. If you see her, run the other way.
She could not have been more rude and nasty to me in the store. She had the worst attitude, lied multiple times, and when i finally left with what I thought was an answer, i later found out it was a lie, again. My mom then called and spoke with her to try to get a clear answer and she hung up on on my mom…
This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. It was so bad that I have transferred all of my scripts to Giant and will never use CVS again for anything.
This employee at this location deserves to be fired if this is how she treats all of her customers.

I go to this pharmacy for shear convenience due to location. There is literally never a time I go in where things go smoothly. There is always a wait, they shut down for “lunch”, the staff is untrained and unfriendly, and they all seem unhappy and overworked. As one of the only local pharmacies this cvs should have a comforting and neighborly feel and it is everything but that.

Recently my daughter had major surgery and I was her caretaker directly after the surgery. She was taking multiple medications.
The pharmacist at the Newtown Square CVS asked me pointed questions, then offered me additional instructions about the medications. When there was a reaction to one of the prescriptions, it was comforting to know just how to handle the situations.
Sincere thanks for CVS employees who go above and beyond.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever received at a pharmacy. Went to the Minute Clinic due to illness (the NP working there was lovely). Needed a prescription to be filled due to said illness. The NP directs me over to the pharmacy.
There were 7 different staff members working behind the counter. Of those 7, one person was assisting the long line of customers, while the majority of the others chatted with one another. The woman assisting customers spoke very broken English, and was clearly struggling to understand customers. We each had to repeatedly spell our names, and she was still not finding anyone's names or prescriptions in the system. She directed us to leave the pick up window and go ask someone at drop off, effectively redirecting the entire line of people waiting for service to one of the other workers who had been chatting in the back.
Once redirected, I am told that I need to wait 15 minutes. No big deal - that makes perfect sense to me, so I take a seat down to wait. Now I hear everyone in the back asking about my medication. Does anyone know where it is? Why can't we find it anywhere? Maybe it's stuffed over here, or maybe they didn't put it away, etc. Their theories go on and on. The first woman who attempted to help me calls me up again. I tell her I have already been helped by the second woman and am waiting for her to find my prescription. She proceeds to tell me I need to tell her my name and DOB anyway because "it could be ready". We go through the whole thing again, with me repeatedly re-spelling my name for her to once again tell me, "Oh it isn't ready"...yes, I am well aware of that. I sit back down. Now I am called up a third time to be told "Oh we actually don't have this medication here, you have to go somewhere else." Will absolutely never go back to this pharmacy again. I watched about 6 or 7 different people have similar frustrating experiences while I sat waiting.

My experience is always positive. I was able to find what I need to purchase with ease. The items are always there and I could purchase my items within a reasonable time.

Stay away and take your business elsewhere. I was told by one pharmacy staff member that they didn’t have my med but would order it and that it would be in the following day after 3pm. I didn’t receive notification the next day, so I called the pharmacy at 6pm only to be told by the pharmacist that the med is on back order and was never going to be coming.Frustrating, unorganized, painful.

The worse pharmacy of all cvs!THE DMV has better customer service. No one can ever get through to the pharmacy, if you finally do they hang up on you. They are slow under staffed, they do not update prescriptions to the app, they lie to you. Do not waste your time with this pharmacy

Very disappointed. Went to the NS pharmacy bc the Paoli one was out of a med. In Paoli, stood in line for 45 mins to learn that the drug was never delivered even thiugh I got a text that it was ready. So pharma (Thursday) in Paoli said he’d call NS and see if they have it. NS did. Paoli transferred the prescription over. I came on Saturday to NS. I get to the check out line and the women says they don’t have any of the prescription that Paoli called over, they’re out too. I’m frustrated and they send me to ANOTHER window. Magically they find three bottles. The women asked me what happened and I began to explain. She wasn’t listening instead she was flopping her head up and down and typing away. When I expressed my frustration of being sent to two pharmacies and being told NS was out, when they were not, she tuned me out. Instead she stated they’re were busy and don’t care. Their staff is rude, disorganized. Thanks for making the choice for me to got to another pharmacy chain.

This pharmacy has gone so far down hill! The wait times are obnoxious but that would be okay if every person working in the pharmacy wasn’t incredibly rude.It also is 100% a pharmacy issue, the rest of the employees are incredibly helpful.

In tremendous pain but they didn't have my pain medication ready even though the doctor had prescribed 2 days back. On top of everything, they have the worst attitude. They are so rude and do not give a damn to the patients.
