My dryer has been broken and I’ve used this laundromat to get me threw. It’s clean and the owner and employees respond immediately, if you have any questions.

This was my first time here, and likely my last time. I should have driven a few more miles rather than settling for this place. The style of washers (the white ones), will likely cause some of your socks or other small items to get stuck between the rubber which won’t allow them to be washed, rinsed or spun (to drain) properly. The dryer (the white ones) I used didn’t dry the way I’m used to. Given, these are different but the same brand.None of the white washing machines give you the option to choose cold, warm or hot water directly.Similarly, the white dryers don’t give you the option to choose low, medium or high heat directly. If you’re able to make it to a different location, with the more modern washers and dryers, I strongly encourage you to do so.Or, you can do as I did and give them a shot. Just know that you were given the heads up ahead of time. Also, the password for the bathroom is 9185 (the last four digits of their phone number). I didn’t use the WiFi, but from what I understand, it’s the full phone number without the dashes.

Stole my money. No Wi-Fi password. No bathroom. They need someone working here. No one is ever here. Not coming back.

It’s my first time and there is NOBODY to help. Also says WIFI but it needs password which is the phone number with dashes. Machines (washers and dryers) are good!!!!

Though small, the machines are modern, clean and in good repair. They are coin-operated, but there are both a change machine and an ATM inside.Keep in mind that parking is in the rear! So if you're following a GPS on the West Chester Pike from the direction of the city, drive past the laundromat to the next corner, turn right on Northwood, and you'll see the parking lot behind the building. Parking is free. You'll also notice the back entrance, which is clearly marked, though it does have a few steps, if that matters to anyone for mobility reasons. The front entrance is at street level. If you wanted to, you could probably pull into the front strip in front of the store, unload your laundry baskets, and then park around back. All in all, a very pleasant experience!

Clean and efficient. Thanks to 30-minute wash cycles, accomplished seven loads in an hour. Wash rates $6 and $3.25, all coin-op (quarters). Fortunately, the change machine takes bills as large as $20.

It's my first day of winter vacation! What am I doing? Why, hauling the king sized comforter to the laundromat, of course. What's that? You're going skiing in Switzerland instead? I feel badly for you, missing out on this fun. I had hoped for a place I could drop and pick up. The first place I went to was inexplicably closed that day. Sigh. Consult handy dandy Yelp app to see what's close by. Daisy! Off I go. Wash and fold drop off service are advertised as available. I learned at arrival though that a text is required to schedule drop off. This notice was taped to the drop off counter. Shucks. I think the Universe is telling me to wash my own comforter. Fine. The change machine worked perfectly, happily dropping $20 of quarters. It's a lot of quarters. I purchased a little box of powdered detergent for $1, then headed over to one of the 3X industrial machines to load my comforter. Inserted twenty four quarters, poured the detergent in the top bin and set it in motion. The laundromat is clean and well lit. All machines were working except the one oversized dryer. There is a drink vending machine, an ATM, a claw arcade machine and a flat screen TV that was turned off. "Adult Contemporary/Classic Rock" music was playing. I decided to head next door to Newtown Square Pizzeria for lunch while my comforter was washing. In theory, they have a handicapped accessible restroom and free WiFi(which they advertise). In actuality the bathroom has a numerical code lock and there's no password posted for the WiFi. I suspect both passcodes are available when there is an attendant. There are also a significant number of security cameras and, oddly, a ring doorbell on the wall by the drop off area. Once my wash cycle was complete I hauled my damp comforter out to my car. Took it home and dried it draped across folding chairs in the basement. There's a nice sized parking lot behind the strip of buildings that house the laundromat, pizza place and a couple other businesses. The laundromat has a rear entrance which is handy. I'd go again, bringing my own detergent and being prepared to dry at home using the chair method.

It was great. No one is cleaning or servicing the machines regularly now. Just wasted quarters, soap powder, and time trying to use machines that weren't functioning properly.

Dropped off my laundry to be laundered and told them that I would be back to pick them up several days later, at a time when they would have someone working. When I arrived, no one was there! After reaching someone, I was told 45 minute wait! Finally got my laundry, the clothes were more than damp! This was so outrageous, I'd never recommend this place or return to this Laundromat.

81 degrees here at 9:15p on Friday, August 12th. No one was here which is great except that you wish the attendant or owner provided the code for the restroom (last 4 of their phone number) and code for the Wi-Fi. Quarters only which is very old fashioned and one washer out of order. The heat is what dropped them down a star. Try not being cheap and keep it as a reasonable 68-72 degrees!

Clean, quiet, safe, the washers work well and they don't cost too much. I have a laundromat across the street from my apartment, but I drive 20 minutes to do my laundry at Daisy when I can.

From out of town and need to get our laundry done. Clean place and well lid, with bathroom that is password locked. The washer cost $2.75 and drying is $.25 per 6 minutes. The free WiFi is amazingly fast so that’s great to get some work done

I love this Laundromat! I’ve been here a few times and never had any issues. Clean, quiet and cost effective. I have no complaints.

The bathroom was locked which I totally understand the reason. What if your customer has to use the bathroom? The laundromat was clean.Nice and quiet.

The largest machines are 6.00 each and there is only 3 of them. Half the dryers are out of order. The place is clean enough but the washers and dryers are too small for the price you pay
