TERRIBLE. My husband placed an order on Saturday morning and picked up at the time he selected and got to the location and the store was closed. He was charged and received a confirmation email. There was no sign on the door nor did he receive a call or email apologizing for the inconvenience. He then had to drive to 2 different edible arrangement locations. I’ve tried calling yesterday and today and the recording just keeps saying they are busy taking care of customers. No one is answering the phone. They probably aren’t even opened and didn’t update their voicemail system. This is unacceptable.I would give 0 stars if I could.

The order process was horrible. I selected a pickup time on the website and it turned out later that the store was closed at that time.The site also said that I am eligible for a $10 discount (no exclusion) but when I put the code in at checkout, it said it is not accepted for the item I selected.Customer support could not tell what items the code is actually eligible for and was not able to have me redeem it otherwise.The actual arrangement was good. Therefore 3 stars.

Best gift ideas that are thoughtful and creative! Staff was friendly and service is always accurate. I’ve only ever had to postpone my order once and that was during Christmas which is to be expected. Highly recommend this organization for your next gift idea ?

Don't waste your money at this location. The customer service is unprofessional. My order was late and the fruit was sitting for too long and it was not cold which means it wasn't under refrigeration for a long time. To top it all off the cantaloupe was rotten. NO stars for this place please don't waste your time and money here you will regret it.

Worst customer service ever. Ordered for pick up and the woman in the store paid no attention and was speaking on her personal cell phone. The order was wrong and the store agreed to send a new correct one and got it wrong AGAIN. Edible arrangements refused refund after providing wrong order and then delivering unsafe to eat food. Corporate also no help- couldn't get in touch for days, promised call back and never heard back multiple times. I will never use this despicable company again.

I placed an order from the Newtown square shop and it went to the Exton shop without me knowing. My confirmation email said Newtown square shop. We wanted our order delivered in the morning they said they couldn’t get it here until before 5pm and i said I would pick it up (from Newtown square) but they are closed

Store is not even open. It says it is online. But your Oder will be sent to Exton. I placed an order from the Newtown square shop to be delivered to a Newtown square business. I called to get an idea when the order Woolf be delivered. They said by 5pm. I said I can pick it up because we need it before that time. She said they are in Exton . That's 30 minutes away from our business. There are 3 local shops by me that I could have ordered from if I knew this shop was closed. I am never ordering from here again. Do not order from here. It is not Newtown Square!

Ordering online was quick and easy. I accidentally gave the wrong delivery address, and the delivery person patiently called me 5 times to help sort out the address, and waited around the block until I could get the right address. Even though I messed up, the delivery person was so friendly and thanked me for my business!
