I started at Elite to learn practical self-defense before traveling for a new job. What I didn’t expect was to pick up skills that could save my life from day 1, be welcomed by a team of some of the greatest men and women I have ever met, become stronger both physically and mentally, and discover a new version of myself. The training offered here is one of a kind! All instructors and students are dedicated. The facility is operated at a high standard for health and safety. Yet somehow maintains the most laid-back environment! No matter what your starting point or reason for coming, you will not regret training here.

Wayne’s programs are equally well-suited for beginners and accomplished athletes alike. Wayne is a patient coach who strives for all of his clients to succeed. In my case, I began training with Wayne before re-entering law enforcement after being away from the field for a few years. I’ve come a long way in a relatively short period of time and have developed skills that I could use on the job in self-defense situations. But, the best part of Elite is the camaraderie among the students. Everyone is chill, helping everyone develop to the best of his or her abilities. Leave your ego at the door…enter and train hard!

Fitness with a purpose was my initial goal. 12 weeks in I'm getting so much more. Highly recommend. Staff and Instructors have great cadence to the training that allows all to participate.

Poor cleanliness sanitation seems non existant. Got staph infection. Health inspector should shut this place down.

This program really teaches you a solid foundation of Krav Maga that you can continue to build on. Excellent staff and intense atmosphere that focuses on real life practical self defense! Exactly what I was looking for.

Wayne and Shelley are friendly, knowledgeable teachers, and fun to watch in action. I love the rugged openess of the space. They will watch you and correct your form so you really learn the KM technique. I'll be back. *****

Wayne, I just cannot thank you enough for this amazing seminar (Introduction to Krav Maga for Women and Emergency Medical Training). I didn't know what I was walking into, but it has exceeded my expectations. Absolutely amazing and necessary!! Thank you again for putting such an informative program together, not just with information but also with physical reactions to situations I hope no person ever finds them self in. I walked away today feeling prepared, empowered and strong. Mind body and soul were fed today. I will definitely be back!

I have so many positive things to say about Elite Training! I trained here for both Krav Maga and general fitness for about a year before moving out of state for work-related reasons (otherwise I'd still be training here). 1. The trainer. Wayne is a highly knowledgable and motivational trainer/instructor. He draws on personal & professional experience to design classes that will give you an intense workout AND make you feel like a badass. 2. The clients. If you stick with the program and graduate to the advanced Krav Maga class, you'll be training with a truly awesome set of people. The men and women who are Elite regulars are helpful and supportive. 3. The deliverables. The Krav Maga classes will teach you self-defense, grappling, and sparring techniques that have real-world applications. You'll also increase your overall fitness - each class serves as a fun workout. If you're interested in learning a new skill, picking up self-defense techniques, or just improving your fitness this is a great place to start! Also, if you're a woman who wants to learn some self defense for this scary world we live in, Wayne makes this a safe and empowering environment to do so.

I took the Intro to Krav Maga / Emergency training seminar and boy let me tell you....it was amazing! i never realized how unprepared I am and unaware of things going on around me. It was a rude awakening but so happy that i did and learned so much in a short amount of time! I really look forward to taking more classes and passing along some great moves to my young daughters. Wayne is tbe absolute best! His knowledge and skills and method of training is top notch! I definitely recommend!

I wish I had found Wayne Helms and Krav Maga earlier in life. I have been to many gyms, from the DIY ones to having a personal one on one trainer. Wayne is the most knowledgeable trainer I have ever met. I started with one of the Beginner's Camps to see what Krav Maga even is. I have developed such a sense of confidence and awareness. I would recommend Elite Krav Maga Training and Fitness to anyone looking for self defense, sports training, personal training, fitness training, Wayne has it all!

I tried the Beginner's Krav Maga Camp because I wanted a new challenge and to understand the basic tenants of self-defense. Months later, I haven't looked back. The owner, Wayne, brings decades of experience in a variety of sports, performance training, and martial art styles (e.g. - wrestling, lifting, kettle bells, Judo, Sambo, Krav Maga, etc.) and combines that with a keen coaching eye to challenge you to get better each and every session. It's a great atmosphere with people I enjoy training with multiple times a week.
