What a terrible experience! I would give zero stars if I could! The only good thing about the buying experience was Dave the finance guy he was excellent. DENNIS the salesman was absolutely horrible, questioned the price he stomped in and grabbed a screwdriver said he was switching the tags, no one said the deal was off, acted like a child even though he is in his 70’s. Went to the guy who was sitting at the desk in front and asked for a manager he said he was the manager I said you allow your employees to behave this way? He said he would talk to him (yeah right) if my mom was not in love with the car we would have left. Her first Cadillac she was so excited and this clown ruined it for her! He could have come in and talked like a normal person but no he had a tantrum and stormed out and the manager is no better! Once he got his commission he showed his true colors (Side note I thought he was nasty the first time I met him) He also could have come back in and apologized to my mother for his behavior instead he chose to run and hide! I wouldn’t buy a car from this place if they gave me one!

Very nice spot, but for the second time we were there they didn't have any vehicles on the lot.

I have had a Cadillac for the past 11 years. I would never ever do business with these people again. The general manager Mark Pace is the worst. I have never encountered such an ignorant man and a bully. I see other people have a terrible opinion of him too. Wondering why the owners put up with this behavior. He screamed at me at the top of his lungs for calling him out on a dishonest deal. I was pretty frightened. I am a 65 year old woman. There is no loyalty or respect here for the customer. Starting with Randy Hill, an owner, who was well aware of our situation, and basically hid. Our salesman, Dennis, could care less about anything but his commission. I have to add we never had a problem with service in 11 years. Even though I own the car and live around the corner I would never take my car here for service. I would never do business with the Hills again.Edit: Sure Randy..let's go with your story :)

Ordered an Escalade on Feb 1st. I was told that it would take 10 weeks. After 18.5 weeks I was told that it would be available in November. Refunded the deposit of $4,000 and wasted so much of my time. I believe they had the allocations and probably bumped my order off after getting more expensive order. Extremely disappointed with the false promise. The sales guy was great but the overall experience was Horrible and won’t be recommending anybody to this dealership.I am forced to edit my response after seeing the dealership reply. Your response does not make sense since I was never going to finance with you guys. I was trading in my BMW X7 at $83,000, paid a $4,000 deposit (Feb 2nd) and the rest which was roughly $8,000 I was going to pay with cashiers check. Also, please see the attached receipt of $4,000 refund from you guys. Please try to get your facts right before commenting here which is going to mislead people. The dealership edited response is that even if I am paying cash they would still run a credit check. This is absolutely BS reasoning. Even if it is the case you should have notified me at the beginning or not hold my $4,000 deposit for several months. I will be calling the corporate and make a formal complaint because you are misleading the public with your lies and is very unethical.

Thank you so much for the caring, excellent service yesterday. Mark Pace and his team went beyond to ensure everything was handled and set our minds at ease. I will enthusiastically recommend this dealership to all.

Whenever I come to Hill Cadillac,Mr Hanif and Mr Dennis are 2 people that are very accommodating. They ask if all is well and can they help with anything. The advisors have changed over the years. Since the changed, I feel the service is not the same quality as before. For example, I have a 2021 xt5 for 2 years with only 16,000 miles and they recommended at my next oil change I get some service that will cost $500, some other services that will cost $ 199 and $59 . I have never had that type of recommendation for my previous cadillacs,(been a Hill cadillac customer since 2006/7) that has had the the same mileages. Thats new. Also I used to get free oil changes and other amenities; a one time free inspection for new car purchaser, etc. As a devoted customer for years, I just feel I/we should be offered some free amenities for being dedicated customers. Just sharing, I usually don't respond to survey, I just felt that I needed too. Thank you.

Brought my car in for a lease buy back inspection everything seemed fine I don’t drive my car often but a week later I notice damage to the rear drivers side with grease marks on it keep in mind there was no damage before the car was taken there and the car was driven straight home so I call to complain and the service manager George says it’s too late you can’t do nothing about it I even got in touch with corporate Cadillac and they said I would receive a phone call from Geoff hill the owner he never contacted me needless to say I’m never buying a Cadillac again my next car will be a Mercedes Benz or Audi

I recently had a spectacular experience with Bill from Hill Cadillac Service Department. Bill went above and beyond to assist me with my first service appointment. Along with the service, I also needed a "spare" tire taken off and a new tire installed. Bill kept me informed of the process, connected with me to discuss coverage & non-coverage repairs and helped with finding solutions to the problem. Genuine certified Cadillac service is one thing, the superior customer service Bill provided makes him a true asset to the Hill Cadillac Service Department.

The most unprofessional Cadillac dealership in the area, I’ve never met a dealer that refused to take our money because they felt that we did them wrong in the past. Customer service is always best when a customer comes first before a manager and sales rep ego the entire office refused to take my call, unprofessionalism at it’s best.

my transmission was rebuilt by hill Cadillac in 2021. but is still shifts hard and if you sit in the back you can hear and feel the all wheel drive j*** Icomplained about this and hill road tested the car and said it was ok. I have a defective transmission and they'd not want to fix it.

I've been using Hill for sales and service for about 5 years, and will continue to. It's been stress free and always a pleasure to work with them. They've always been consistent with me (fair prices, honest sales guys and supportive service team). When you're getting a car can you really ask for much more?

If I could give 0 stars I would. We Have purchased several Escalades over the past 10 years. With supply chain shortages there was zero loyalty from Hill Cadillac - they don’t care about trying to get new vehicle or working through the process in current environment.. Further, when we decided to buy out our lease, Hill made it ridiculously painful – having to wait for over three hours for a 20 minute inspection??? Made us late to pick up the kids from school because they don’t care about their customers!!! Also charge $250 for an exit inspection??? One last money making poor customer service gesture on the way out. Remember Hill Cadillac, all things are cyclical, and in a few years when there are no more shortages your customers will have moved on to more friendly dealerships.Avoid this dealership at all costs! And the hill Cadillac reply demonstrates they don’t listen. I never contested paying more money for a new vehicle. actually tried to purchase several times over the course of the past year but was shuffled through various personnel. This dealership is a disaster!!!. Buyer beware.
