If you are like me, you thought "why do I need an insurance agent when I can just use the website?" Then, someone convinced me to talk to Mike. Now, I just call him and tell him what I need - usually takes about 45 seconds. An hour later, he comes back with choices and prices and explains the best course of action. I get twice the results in half the time with 0 headache.

I had been a loyal allstate customer for years. When Hurricane Isasias came through and caused damage to my roof, Allstate refused to pay for any repairs. ALL my next door neighbors got payment from their insurance companies with the same age roof. Allstate was the only one that claimed wear and tear. Stay clear of Allstate.

I appreciate the very friendly and helpful service I have always experienced with Michael's Allstate Service. Valerie is so helpful to me in always answering any questions that I've had in the past. Valerie helped my daughter with good advice when she was injured in an accident .We also learned that our rates would be better if we combined our homeowners insurance with the auto policy. They do everything possible to save you some money on your insurance. I really appreciate being able to feel completely comfortable with this particular Allstate Insurance Service and highly recommend to others who may be looking for an insurance provider! Michael is amazing to deal with and is very client centered in that he does what makes the most sense for his client and not necessarily just try and sell you the most expensive plans. He has continually gone up and above for me for various situations and requests and has a very speedy turnaround time for solutions and responses! Very nice to deal with on a personal level as well!

Have been customer for over 4 years, always in good standing. When had to make a claim due to downed tree on my home, I have continued to get the run around from Allstate. Weeks and weeks and weeks later still not resolved and cannot fix my property. No real help from Agent and feel stuck in cycle of Allstate waiting for me to just stop asking. Don't get on this ride...I definitely don't feel like I'm in "good hands with Allstate"! Glad they have all my premium money to spend on ads, wish they would give some of it back to me to fix my home.
