Friendly and helpful workers. Well stocked, however, July is way to early to be putting out Halloween decorations! Three months before a holiday? Come on, this is ridiculous! Life goes fast enough so stop pushing it!

They have everything that a person wearing a cat hair covered sweater could want! Want to macrame yourself a pair of hiking short!? Yep, you're covered. Want 600 pair of googly eyes to put on every single item in your apartment to make it feel less lonely after the disappearance of your most recent husband? Seven times is pretty unlucky, pretty lucky you took out that huge life insurance policy huh? Well I guess you're double lucky because Michaels also has those googly eyes! For arts and crafts this place is great! For dating.... Not so much. 4 stars because a lady with blood on her shoes cut me in line and I wasn't going to argue, she looked like she really needed those pipe cleaners.

I don’t know how many crafters are aware of diamond painting by number kits. These all of a sudden have become very popular. There is a new pen tool which enables the crafter to load the diamond chips into the body of the pen and thus speed up the placement of the chips rapidly on the picture other than one at a time.Being aware of this tool and seeing it advertised, I was trying to purchase a pen. So logically I called Michaels in newtown square, trying to purchase one. I was told that they did not carry such a tool and that I should contact Amazon or somebody like that.I just was under the impression that being a well known crafting store they would have more information to help customers locate supplies rather than just referring them to Amazon or some place like that.

First time ever using curbside pickup. Sent Michael's a text upon my arrival. Two minutes later my order was delivered to my car.
