Rude. Poor service. They ask for a tip at the register and then they don't really do anything to earn it. When I suggested that they bring the food out to people if people are tipping them, they said "we're not asking for a tip. It's just there." 6 people standing around doing nothing but making jokes, being unprofessional, and immature. My first and last time here. Edit: I just wanted to add that I did in fact tip 20% at the register. I believe in taking care of people in the service industry. I don't have super high expectations. Bad service is everywhere. It just seemed like it would have been the right thing to do to bring the pizza out to my table when I was basically the only one there, and there were so many of them not really doing anything. The attitude of indifference is the main reason I won't go back. I didn't even eat the pizza. I decided to just leave because of the attitude of the employee.

This location has amazing and kind staff specially compared to other fast food chains. The pizza quality is great and I love the idea of customizing the pizza however you want because I make it taste how I want it. Price is very good as well.

I’ve been here a few time. However, this time was horrible. My pizza was burnt on one side, they forgot the bbq on the Caspian and I found a hair inside my pizza. I had ordered to the wrong location by accident and had to order in house, the one staff member looked like he hated his job. I waited alone in line for 10 mins. I get everyone has off days but that was a mess.

The staff is obviously very miserable as they were outwardly complaining instead of taking our order. The entire restaurant should be cleaned. Bathrooms were dirty, food all over the floor in the workstation areas.

When this placed oped I loved their pizza. Since then the service and food quality has really tanked. The food is commonly burnt on top and soggy on the bottom. I always get the mega dough so the regular may not be this way. But what irritates me the most is when a restaurant screws up and takes their mistakes out on the customer. This almost happened to me last night when I went there for veterans Day and the guy behind the counter said it applied to all the pizzas. I get to the register and such luck. Instead of just giving us the pizza at the promo price they were going to scrap the incorrect pizza and make it to the correct size... They finally came to their senses and just gave us the promo but not before dragging the customer throw the mud for their screw up. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will really this twice before eating at that location ever again. So be warned, the customer service is like shi+

For a fast casual dinner option, this place is pretty great. The prices are fair and they offer options for preset pies or the option to make your own with unlimited toppings. They have gluten free and vegan options as well.The people working the counter are always friendly and the turnaround time is pretty quick too! Plenty of seating both inside and out.This has become my go to spot for a quick, well cooked pizza in the area!

Great for family lunch/dinner. Large accommodating seating areas. Great food service and wide beverage variety.Dietary restrictions: Sugar free house brewed organic tea beverages are available.

One of the three pizzas on my online order were completely wrong. Still good food, just not what I ordered.Edit: they gave me a free coupon and the pizza was right the second time. I'm happy with the food and service provided

The place looked dead. Maybe Mothers Day isn't a busy time for them. No plates, everything was in take-out mode. I didn't stay. I hope they aren't closing.
