Called service to try to understand my options. Service dept couldn’t get me off the phone fast enough. Second bad experience with these guys. The first time they didn’t tighten all the lugs on a wheel. Stay away.

While under warranty, the virtual instrument cluster on my 2019 Yukon Denali would totally go black and disappear. Hill GMC's Service Dept. has had it more than 6 separate times for a total of over 10 days to fix this, failed to do so, and are now telling me essentially that they're done and I need to contact GM directly because "they've tried to fix it and haven't even been paid by GM yet." And the only loaners provided are compact rentals thru a local agency. The only reason I'm giving them ONE star is for effort, not results. (At one point the interim Svc. Mgr. even tried to tell me this total loss of all gauges, including fuel, temp., amp meter, gear selection indicator, and odometer is a "normal" occurrence, per a service GM bulletin he misconstrued.) In comparison, my wife gets a free loaner for the asking on routine service of her 9 year-old Mercedes wagon, and it's returned washed every time.

We recently visited Hill Buick GMC to view a used car. We worked with Steve Wadlin and he was a true pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and did not pressure us into any decision. Highly recommend.

Cashier was very rude and very mouthy made me super uncomfortable with her remarks. Service advisor Dan is clueless has no idea what’s going instead of actually telling me the truth he steered the tech into making false findings. I won’t be back to this establishment.

I was nervous about the car shopping experience, but everyone here was kind and welcoming. They were extremely accommodating with appointment times, and offered me a good value on my trade-in. Mike was very thorough and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend!

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. It is nice to know that you have people who know Buicks from top to bottom. Any problem or question is resolved in a personal way......no brush off, no letting the customer go away feeling grumpy. They also know you by name..a nice change in this day and age. Try them and you will like them !

Found a truck on their website and I drove over an hour to see it and when I got there they told me that it wasn’t for sale it belonged to another customer. Why do they advertise something that is not available for sale ???Then I ordered a 2022 custom made truck they told me I would take 3 to 4 months and it has been 8 months and they haven’t delivered yet and they don’t have any updates. It’s unacceptable I wouldn’t recommend this dealer at all!
