We've been with this dealership for a decade, and it's always a great experience interacting with drivers who does the pick-up and drop off service. Particularly the older gentlemen, Roger, Rich, and Robert (if I'm remembering his name correctly?) on the most recent experiences. They are extremely courteous, professional, and punctual-- they reflect this dealership very well.Tim, our service advisor, is also a pleasure to work with. He communicates well, is responsive, and efficient.

This may not the first time we have bought cars with Porsche of the Main Line but we want to take this time to commend the people involved in our wonderful experience on Jan 6, 2024 while purchasing (my) third manual Porsche. This one is a 2022 agate grey Targa. Our salesman Frank Kelly is a knowledgeable, caring, accommodating person who goes the distance in making sure your experience is a positive one. Frank is compassionate about his job. He answers all questions patiently by phone, email and in person. We drove two hours from New Jersey trusting that Frank Kelly had our best interests at heart. Along with Frank, we met Alexa Reed, who synchronized my phone/car and reviewed all the bells and whistles within the car. She was patient, helpful and even organized things I didn't even know I needed. Her expertise in explaining everything from shortcuts to navigation to music, lighting, and all new features of this car was amazing. While finally wrapping up our purchase, Samantha Hagmayer helped us with the final paperwork. When paying for a high end car (or any) you want the experience to be as painless as possible. Samantha was upbeat, and explained everything we needed to know. She made the final steps go very smoothly. We also initially met Frank Kelly through Tim Grape who sold us one of our cars from the old building..(we go way back) He helped orchestrate the deal we made today. As we bid farewell in my beautiful new car, the rest of the staff who were present wished us well. I would recommend anyone (and we have) to purchase their Porsche from the Main Line.Natalie & Rodney Peterson

Rarely am I impressed with a car dealership, but Porsche of the Main Line has done it for me! Bottom line they stand by their brand and are professional throughout the entire process of taking the car in, and delivering it back! Dave Falbo delivered an exceptional personal experience. He followed through and put the cherry on top. Also, Owen O’Brien was right there with the tech assistance!

We recently picked up our first Porsche from this dealership and had an amazing experience! We worked with Frank Kelly in sales and he made the entire process seamless and fun, being responsive to all our questions and available every step of the way. Frank was always well informed and professional, happy to talk cars and never pressuring us, it felt like buying a car from a friend. He also made sure to involve my fiancée in the conversation and made sure she felt a part of the process.Our first service experience was also top notch and Cameron Lybrand was fantastic to work with. He knew the car inside and out and always ensured that we were updated and felt like part of the process.Both Frank and Cameron were great to work with and really made an effort to understand and talk about things that we were interested in, making the buying and servicing experience feel unique and special.10/10 would recommend.

I have been a customer of Porsche of the Main Line (POTML) for 15 years. I have always had good service except for the past two years. The most recent incident occurred when I asked POTML to look into a grinding noise coming from a wheel on my car. That was the reason for the appointment. Spoiler alert - another mechanic at Midas diagnosed the grinding as a bad ABS part that only was $150 to fix. POTML charged me $5900 to allegedly make the same repair.POMTL had my car for a week before they even looked at it. That's a minor issue compared to what happened next. They did a work to address the grinding noise is what they said. After giving POTML a $5900 check guess what happened next... the first moment I drove my car the grinding noise was still there. What would you do if you were POTML? I'd offer to pick up my car and get it actually fixed this time and tell the consumer we can settle up when all repairs are complete. (Remember, I'm 15-year long customer and have paid them tens of thousands of dollars in repair over the years.) That's not what POTML did. Their lawyer sent me a threatening letter. I tried to make it clear that I am only withholding payment until my car is fixed correctly. That fell on deaf ears apparently. Their lawyer, Micheal Menkowitz, yelled at me over the phone like a debt collect would. He would not listen to my point-of-view. When I tried to explain myself, he would speak over me the way a child would argue. He then bragged that his hourly rate is $1000 and he'll never be fired by POTML. He then threatened to have me arrested, put me in jail, and put a lien on my home. I spoke with my own attorney next and was told none of that was true, or even legal.I am now waiting for my opportunity to have my story heard by a mediator first. I actually hope it does go to a judge because that will further document this horrendous treatment. I feel personally hurt because I consider POTML "My Dealer". What a fool I was for thinking a capitalist business cares about one person.If you walk into the dealership at POTML, they will tell you how awesome they are. They will point to framed certificates stating awards they have won. Do yourself a favor and look at the date on those awards, and then ask POTML what they have done lately for their customers.

Jesse is always working to find me the right car. Service here is super friendly and helpful. The building and lounges are amazing and they get you in and out of your car fast with the drive thru. Ryan Kirchner is super friendly as well. Dave Falbo gets me my service answers quickly. They throw amazing client events regularly and really pull out all the stops.

I’ve had two interactions with Porsche Main Line. I spoke with Allison in sales when upgrading one of my Porsches. Allison is the most pleasant car sales person I’ve ever worked with. And I’ve bought over 40 cars! She is very knowledgeable and helped me in my decision process. She considered my needs and provided very honest thoughts. I will undoubtedly by my next Porsche from her.I brought my Macan S In after a cross country road trip. I prepared myself for the pain of an expensive repair bill, which didn’t happen.They diagnosed the car, replaced one bolt that I failed to fully tighten, topped off the PDK transmission fluid that I failed to fully fill. Yes, both my fault. And they repaired a wheel that got scuffed. My fault again! I was shocked that the diagnostic fee was minimal and they didn’t throw unnecessary parts at the car.Porsche Main Line earned my future business!

After buying my last 9 cars at Porsche Main Line, the level of Sales and Service just continues to improve. The new building is amazing, but the brand ambassadors are even better. From Lee, Jesse, and Ryan in Sales through Tim, James, and the entire service team who can still diagnose and fix anything preemptively!!!

Frank Kelly is amazing. I just picked up my build to order car today and it is gorgeous! Frank was my jungle guide in navigating Porsche’s endless options, never afraid to tell me what he honestly thought about all the various selections. You can definitely get overwhelmed by choice, and it was helpful to hear him say certain features were just not worth it. He kept me informed every step of the way during the wait… All the way down to tracking the car across the ocean… Arriving in Baltimore… And into the beautiful reveal room. He was a super smart, honest, and responsive advisor. Very high EQ. I am a happy customer!!
