Great discount on parts and free shipping over $50. I ordered nine parts for my BRZ with this dealership. However, when you email their parts department/specialist (technical or issues with your order), they are not responsive and could take weeks to reply (with a few resents). This is frustrating as their sense of responsibility in communications is low.

I ordered a new High mount brake light today. Ordering parts was really easy. The price was way better than my local Subaru dealer. They said it would ship in 2 to 4 days, I just got an email from UPS, it will be here tomorrow! What more could you want?

We went there a few years ago to buy a car and couldn't decide whether to get the Ascent or just get a GMC Conversion Van. We wanted something big enough to travel in and be comfortable for long rides. The hard sell came on, which is a big turnoff for me! The finance manager at the time made up our minds quickly for us. He scoffed at us, saying "they still sell conversion vans" like it was a vehicle of the past. Well, scoff away, we walked out bought the GMC van which was 20k more right when Covid hit and have never looked back! We made such a right decision for us at the time! Not only do we ride in comfort but we used it all throughout Covid when everyone was "stuck" inside! We traveled and slept in the comfort of our van! Thanks for helping us decide!So this year we went back to give them another try only because they had the outback we wanted in stock. As usual they have to put on the hard sell. I hate, hate, hate having to be held like a hostage wasting my time ALL DAY in a dealership! I didn't want the extra warranty and was taking a small loan so why do I need to be there all day! They kept trying, sending us from one person to another. We saw so many people it was exhausting and it was just getting me more and more pissed off! I almost walked out but I held steadfast...saying No, No, No. If I'm spending my hard earned money I don't want someone telling me, no pushing me into something I don't want. Sometimes people know what they want and be done with it. In the end, they finally figured out I was a tough nut to crack and let us go!!! Learn, live, don't be greedy, be prosperous with kindness. Btw No means NO, end of story!

Brought my car in for a repair--clicking with right turns. They diagnosed the problem to be a bad front axle. They replaced the LEFT front axle. $741.14 later we drove the car and hear the EXACT same noise that we initially brought the car in for--clicking with right turns. Took it back 2 days later and they told us now the right front axle needs to be replaced. Interesting that this didn't show up in their assessment 2 days prior nor did it appear on their service invoice where they listed other work they recommended be done. Convinced they replaced the wrong axle the first time. Will never go back.

Our experience has been that once they make the sale they don't care anymore. We bought a used Forester which we discovered had severe tire rot about 3 days after our purchase. Almost 3 months later we are still trying to get them to acknowledge the rot. We asked that they change the oil when we bought it and I do not believe it was actually done. The oil was low about a week after the purchase. I would recommend trying to find a better dealership.

We have bought 5 Subarus from Rafferty and had them perform every service over the years. We couldn't be happier! The service department keeps the cars running beautifully and expertly, with excellent client communication. There is a special peace of mind that comes with having a relationship with Rafferty because they will always take care of you, and your car, to the highest standard. Their integrity, kindness and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out during the pandemic but have been part of their family's culture before and since.
