I have a wonderful new Subaru! My well experienced salesman was incredibly helpful toward my getting the best suited and most hoped for car for me, generally as well as within my particular circumstances. He was sensitive to my needs and wants, courteous, knowledgeable, informative while communicating well at layman's level for me, respectful, straightforward, honest, fair, very kind, and all with time and thoughtfulness. I had a particular request for a car, he had a watch out for when a potential pre-driven would come in, and a fellow salesman saw my potential now realized car when it came in and called him; kindly teamwork. I am grateful and delighted with my Crosstrek!

Ultimately, I went in a different direction with the vehicle I chose but had a great experience with Cory from Rafferty. He showed me the car I was interested in and was transparent about trade-in and pricing. Walked me through the entire process, start to finish. Answered all of my questions and was patient with me. I would have definitely bought here had I went with the car I looked at. I had bad experiences with some of the big name dealers in the area but Rafferty was awesome. Would encourage anyone looking to work with them.

Friendly and efficient service. They listened to me and gave me a great deal that made me happy. I am a repeat customer and was thrilled that we could get things done in 1-day, including my trade in and driving home in a brand new Forester Touring.

Very easy to buy a new car from Andre Tocci. All done by phone and email. Finance papers were ready to sign when I arrived, so I was in and out with our new Outback in less than an hour.

Rafferty has a great selection to choose from and an honest/trustworthy staff. I personally dealt with Daniel. The customer service was great. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle, go check them out.

The process of scheduling was easy and efficient once I got to a service advisor on the phone. The scheduling tool did not have the provision for a service other than maintenance. I had a potential warranty repair, and there wasn't anyway to schedule that online. The staff were very friendly and efficient at all times. When I went to pick up the vehicle, the porter had misplaced the keys to my car, and I was delayed about 20 minutes.

This is my 4th lease with Rafferty Subaru. The salesman couldn't have made it any easier for me to turn in my old lease and acquire a new one. He always keeps my budget in mind. The service department can't be any more convenient from scheduling an appointment to the waiting area to the staff always keeping you up to date on what is happening with the car. This is an excellent dealership!

Rafferty Subaru was great. I worked with Theresa who was excellent in sales. She was helpful, informative and patient with me, and not too "salesy". Very glad I chose to buy from Rafferty, and every staff person I met there was friendly and helpful!

Have been here 5-6 times with 2 Subarus in my household and generally things have been pleasant, easy, and timely. Today was different. I had a 9 AM appointment and pulled into the garage at 9 AM sharp. This is immediately where things started to go wrong. Things were disorganized in the service department to the point that it took roughly 20 minutes to be checked in. Later, after not hearing anything, I called back at 2 PM to check the status of my vehicle and was greeted by a rude individual who gave me attitude when I didn’t know the name of the person who checked me in. I’m sorry, maybe he didn’t introduce himself or I didn’t remember, but no reason for rudeness. Eventually I was given a call back at 2:15 PM and found out that my car had yet to be taken into the garage. Why I had to wait 5 hours for an update was beyond me (note, I had to call for the update…), and why with a 9 AM appt my car would take nearly 7 hours to service is perplexing. I assume drive-ins without appointments were given priority over those who had them. At 3:25PM, I receive a call informing me my car is almost done but that they close at 4PM. We had to rush back to the dealership bc we only had 30 minutes to pick up my car. Then, upon picking up my vehicle, there were greasy handprints both inside and outside my car (which I had paid to have detailed 2 weeks ago) and it smelled badly like gasoline/oil/car fluid. This is the second Subaru service department in the area who started out fine but then really fell off a cliff after a handful of visits. Either way, I was thinking to be in the market for a new Subaru in the next 1-2 years but I will seriously reconsider this after bad experiences at 2 service departments. There’s no excuse for this in 2023, and it’s sad that Subaru who makes such a high quality vehicle, has service departments with inadequate people relations/customer care. In my experience, Subaru dealerships in other regions run like well oil machines and really take care of the customer. Maybe the 3rd dealership we try will be the charm, but if not, it might be time for a new car brand whose local service departments can respect people, their time, and their property.

Theresa in sales did a great job working with me to ensure I could walk out with a vehicle that suited my needs. She was there through each step of the process and extremely cordial. Casey in financing also worked hard to get me the best loan possible. I'd absolutely buy another car through them. My only reasoning for giving 4 stars is that the dealer could had given me more for my trade in and a cheaper price on a used car. Because of that I will shop around at other dealers for my next purchase.

I have only had one single interaction here, and I was unimpressed. That being said, one experience is not the way to judge a facility like this.at first, I was incredibly impressed. The window on my mom’s Forrester stopped operating. I called and they were very welcoming and had me come in, and they assured me they’d be able to pull it back up again. I sped over towards the end of their service window, and they met me with a very friendly staff. It was an awesome experience, and would normally be a five star response.One of the technicians help me and informed me this was a very common problem and proceeded to push the window all the way down to the bottom. I warned him that I was unable to get it back up again, and I expected it to be a problem with the switch as everything else worked fine, I could hear the motor engage and click.Once the windows all the way down, and they verified they cannot bring it back up again, they said they couldn’t fix it now and proceeded to wrap a giant piece of plastic around the door.They couldn’t service me that day so we made an appointment for later in the week, but you can imagine what it was likt to drive home.I drove in to have a service tech make it worse.once I return back home, I spent a little time messing with a switch and got the window to go all the way back to the top. It clearly wasn’t a broken motor, it was a switch.I’ll certainly give the service team another try, but this was really annoying. if they would’ve just spent 10 minutes diagnosing it a little bit better we would be in a very different situation.I appreciate your kindness, and willingness to help, but in the end things just got unintentionally worse.Everyone deserves another try, and I’ll change my reading at that point.

Great place to buy a car. I worked there many many years ago. They are honest hard working people and stand behind every sale. Owen was the man!!! Along with Kevin and Bobby. They worked hard to make a deal with us. I find it refreshing to do business here. We will be back. Thank you guys keep up the hard work !!!

Great overall experience buying our first Subaru—the whole experience was excellent from the dealership down to the friendly and competent staff. Special shout out to Darren who suggested we leave a deposit for a Forester that had the trim and color we wanted that was on its way to the dealership (which we did buy!) and Chris who took us through a “how to” of the car amenities after the purchase. In summary, I highly recommend purchasing from this dealership.
