This has got to be the worst pharmacy ever. No one ever answers the phone. Left on hold for hours. Rite Aid is cheaping out and not hiring enough people. You need to do better.

I usually get texts when my prescriptions are ready. I didn’t this time. I tried calling into the pharmacy quite a few times over the past few days to confirm. Not once did anyone pick up the phone. I decided to head over to to see if they had my Rx. There was one pharmacist working and she looked really frazzled. My Rx was there, and there was a copay due. I said I never once had to pay a copay before. She said she could try to look into this but I’d have to come back tomorrow. I then informed her how no one picked up the phone when I called over the past few days. She said “Look around you. There’s no one here to pick up the phone. I’ve been working here for a month and I’m ready to quit.” Then she apologized and said she felt bad for the customers. I shrugged and paid my unjust copay and left. Looks like I’ll be finding a new pharmacy. It’s a shame, they used to be very on point.

Celine the pharmacy manager is so patient, kind, generous and does it all while being completely understaffed. She has gone out of her way to help me for over a week, get a prescription that was hard to get authorized by insurance. I will follow her wherever she goes.

I was looking for an arm sling on line and saw that the Rite Aid hear me had them in stock and they were priced at $8.79. Got to the store and was surprised to see a price of over $15. I took the it to the register and asked why the price was so much higher than shown on line. I was told the price shown on line is not the same as the In store price & they would not match it. WOW. I will let everyone I know about this policy & will never shop at this store again.

I have seen an excellent improvement in the service here and for that reason, I just removed my prior negative rebuke of this establishment. Ben is a fantastic Pharmacist and always has been. They recently brought in a new fantastic Pharmacist in Derrick who is awesome! The phones are now being picked up as well. Sometimes they put you on hold for a short period but I am completely fine with that. I understand they are busy so that is perfectly understandable and normal. Addressing the customers call is all that was needed and they are most definitely not doing that as they had in the past. I also want to say that Mike, the Assistant Manager is a great guy as well who does a fantastic job managing the merchandise side of the store. He has always been friendly and helpful and it is obvious that he is a hardworking individual who does a great job representing the Rite Aid organization. Hopefully they recognize this and him.

So rude!!!! The only nice person was the front cashier that has been replaced with aggressive women on my last visit! The location is so convenient but I prefer to drive to other places and be treated with respect.
